A lovely little store in Sedona. I had planned to buy my girlfriend a set containing a necklace and earrings and this was my first time buying jewellery. Erroll at the store really helped me to select a good piece. I just gifted it to my girlfriend yesterday and she loved it. He also gave me a good deal on another set of earrings that I got for my sister and she adored them too. All the jewellery there was really beautiful and the items on display caught my eye. He said he has been in this business for a really long time and that gave me the confidence to buy something authentic of Sedona rather than China-made stuff you usually get at other big stores there. This is a great little shop. I stopped there on my way to the car and I couldn't have been happier. The owner was plying music when I walked in and he was so nice. 11/08/12 Tiny jewelry shop, but inviting. The owner, Erroll, welcomed us immediately and let us know he was having a sale on the earrings- buy one, get one half-off. My aunt and I started combing through the sets, which were displayed on the walls, along with sale signs. We were trying to find sets that really called out to us and were having a tough time finding the perfect set or two, that I didn't even consider looking at those that were in the locked displays. By the time I spotted those, I just wanted to leave the store and head home. Maybe the weather turning overcast and the threat of rain played a factor in the owner's strange replies, but referring to his store's sets of earrings my aunt and I were combing through as "junk," gave me one more reason to want to leave without purchasing anything, but my aunt chose to ignore his comments. Too bad Erroll couldn't tell her what kind of turquoise it was, other than that it was "a kind of dark blue turquoise." I'm leery about a vendor who don't know what he's selling, especially for such a specialized store as this (jewelry). As for the name of the store, there were a few dreamcatchers hanging from a small section on one of the walls, almost like a hindsight. I only saw them when I turned around to look at the couple of young women who walked in specifically to look at them. In the end, my aunt bought two sets, the "dark blue" turquoise (I now doubt it's made from turquoise at all, but probably a dyed white magnesite) for her and a green turquoise (a dyed jasper, according to my Google results) for me, which she paid around $55 (tax included). Not a bad sale for him, considering he sold "junk." I thought Erroll was amazing. He went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. When I was out in Sedona I saw the most beautiful opal and amethyst cross. Unfortunately he was closed and we had to leave to go back home. I called him after I got back home and he was able to ship it out to me. I lost it shortly after I received it (being careless) and he was able to get me another one. On a recent trip to Sedona, Arizona, my wife had been looking for a pendant to wear as a reminder of our trip. We happened to go by "The Dream Catcher," and met Errol, the owner. It's a small shop, and kind of tucked away. He sells local jewelry and crafts, which is what we wanted. As soon as we walked in, we found there was a nice assortment of local jewelry, and we found exactly what my wife was looking for. His prices are very fair, and there was no pressure to buy. Errol was very helpful and personal; and loves to talk about playing jazz on his guitar. When we return back to Sedona, we will be sure to revisit his store. read more

Vacationed near Phoenix and spent a lot of time looking for earrings for a family member. Not just any earrings though, very specific ones. My wife and I searched Scottsdale, Jerome, Phoenix and Peoria but nothing even close. We happened to go with a friend to Sedona and after looking in all the shops in Sedona, The Dream Catcher shop was the only place we actually found what we were looking for. This small shop is a hidden "gem" with unique pieces of native American jewelry and crafts. I was on a Christmas day trip through Sedona and stopped in this small setoff shop from the main road. Being in a hurry that day, I left without purchasing the necklace I had saw in the window but remembered the name of the shop and tried Google to find this shop several times without success. On the last try, bingo!...then contacted the shop. Erroll answered the inquiring call. He knew exactly what I was looking for and suggested a special offer for the pieces, since there were two different style of silver charm necklaces which I could not decide which to choose.
