Very interesting collection of one of a kind jewelry. The staff is very personable and service oriented.

My fiance and I were in Sedona over the weekend and came across this cute little shop. We ended up purchasing a few things, dream catcher, earrings, sunglasses etc. but this isn't why I'm leaving this review. Not only were the items in the shop awesome but the owner of the store was one of the kindest people I've ever met. She greeted us upon entering the store and introduced us to her dog snow. My fiance had been having a tough time with work prior to our vacation In Sedona. Mia listened to our story and made some excellent recommendations for energy crystals across the street along with a great eatery next door as well. Mia was quite friendly, I don't tend to hug random People, HOWEVER, Mia gave us both heartfelt, genuine hugs. She is truly a special soul and I wish her and her business nothing but positivity. Btw, Mia if you read this, we did get a chance to take the UFO tour, 2 spots opened up shortly after we left(the power of manifestation :). All in all, it was a great experience! Most of the items in this store were truly out of my price range, but I love jewelry, and any chance to look at it. There were many cases of beautiful gemstone, turquoise and silver jewelry, as well as geodes, including the most amazing pale pink "stalagmithe" looking geodes hanging from the ceiling. It's a beautiful shop just to browse. I did find a couple jewelry lines in my price range - a Sedona copper earring line and Native American silver earrings and necklaces. Since both Mothers Day and my mom's birthday were coming up and my mom loves jewelry, I bought her a pair of the Sedona copper earrings at a very reasonable $20. What was so nice about this shop was the owner and her mother. The owner, who has her two small dogs with her, is one of the most friendliest and sweetest people, and certainly shopkeepers, I've met. No pushiness, just a genuine interest in making you happy. Service done right. I only gave 4 stars because I wish there was a little more variation in price points, but I realize most of the shops at Tlaquepaque mainly cater to those with higher budgets. read more

I purchased a very adorable knitted hat that was shaped like a cupcake for my friends new baby and she LOVED it, great quality and very cute. Today we were on a mission to Sedona to choose a creation by Mountain Sculpture Studios, but were disappointed to find the first store had changed owners and merchandise. What a blessings to find Red Canyon Collections right across the pathway! Mia was almost as excited for us as we were to find she carried these beautiful cut stone sculptures of mountain-scapes. Though not in its final place of honor, I didn't want to wait before letting folks know how delighted we were to find this piece in Mia's shop. She has lovely jewelry as well, but today our laser focus was to find just the right Mountain Sculpture. Red Canyon Collections had many to choose from in several sizes. If I could leave more stars, I would. This past week, while in Sedona, I lost one of my favorite earrings which I purchased in Sedona last year; not from Red Canyon Collections. I went to where I bought them and they couldn't have cared less, said they would not even try to see if the artist would make another one or even another pair; they didn't ask for my name and phone number in case someone found it and turned it in. After visiting about 6 more jewelry stores, showing my remaining earring, no one had anything like it. My traveling friend said "we're going to one more place"....It was in the Tlaquepaque Village where we had also been last fall. To my huge surprise as we approached the shop,Red Canyon Collections, I remembered it and the lovely ladies there. We walked in and the lady recognized us since we spent considerable time there last year chatting and playing with her dogs. I didn't buy anything there last year either. When I showed her my remaining earring, her face lit up like the sun and she came to me, took my arm and showed me to a glass case and to my joy, there was a pair of sterling/Peridot earrings with even bigger stones. I thought I would faint and started to cry (silly but those were my favorite earrings). I said "SOLD" and she hugged me and my friend!!! She gave me some little clear rubber backs to slide on the ear wire to keep them safe; I'd never heard of these things! I also bought 2 necklaces from her. She was as happy as I was that she had the earrings I sought! She said "it's Karma, you're a good person". I'm so thankful to my friend for thinking of going there! Mia, you are the kindest sweet woman, so sincere and happy for me. We wished your puppies had been there so we could cuddle them again. Thank you so much and we WILL be back! This is a great little store and I highly recommend it. I was looking for a pair of earrings and ended up purchasing 2 pairs of earrings, a silver chain and a beautiful bracelet. All items were well priced and the person helping me was very knowledgeable about the artists and stones. She even gave me a silver cleaning cloth to keep my new purchases in beautiful condition. I came into this store with my husband this past weekend. Nobody greeted us or even asked us if we needed help. I was looking for jewelry with bear paws or feathers because my mother and mother in law both love them. I came across cup cake hats that I thought my nieces would love. Since there were no signs posted about no photos (and the shop attendant clearly didn't want to talk to us since she didn't care to even greet us) I snapped a photo to send to my sister to see if she agreed. My youngest niece would have love it but my older niece is kind of shying away from these things. I didn't want to just get one and have her be jealous. To my surprise it was at this point that the shop attendant barked at me from across the room not to take photos. Honestly I could have just had my phone out. Her tone was so aggressive it ruined the mood of the whole day. I decided to immediately leave not wanting to do business with such rude people. read more
