After showing my watch to Mary Jane, she quickly shared that my watch did not need a new battery, but it needed to "recharge" with direct light for 48 hours to ensure that it wouldn't die. This was an old watch that I hadn't worn in 6-7 years because I bought an Apple Watch. Upon realizing that I didn't need a new battery, I put it on and discovered that I also needed a link or two removed because it was too big. So, Mary Jane took care of that, too. All in all, it was a great visit to Gary K Jewelers. Mary Jane was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely return because of her helpfulness.

Wow--she's got really unique jewelry with different gemstones (some she makes herself) and the prices are REALLY inexpensive! I was honestly surprised--I got a pair of quartz crystal drop earrings for $5. She's got herbs and stones and knows all about what herbs and stones work for whatever your problem is, including full cleansing packs to get rid of bad energy, etc. She also was extremely helpful when I asked for advice regarding what stones/herbs I should use for better psychic clarity. The store is located INSIDE the Log Cabin little house called Butterfly Consignment, but don't worry she's got her own store in there, and there are a few other separate stores too. Just pull into the Flea Market and go to the left and you'll see the log cabin. Plenty of parking too. A very nice lady named Carolyn also has Angelic Light Energies in there too, and she does Angelic Healing Sessions. I spoke with both she and Julie at length and let me tell you, I've never spoken to people more knowledgeable about herbs, stones, angels, and just general GOOD ENERGY as these two. I am extremely disappointed and giving a buyer beware don't be fooled by the beauty and smiling faces because it's another antique shop with vendors that want to charge you way more than what the item is worth and allows things from companies creating counterfeit decor. THE SPECIFIC VENDOR IS B24. I mean, seriously? ALI EXPRESS??? I've never been to a shop that had any items from there or similar companies, and I can't believe that even made it to the floor. The salon itself is very fancy inside, but the service did not match the prices. I went in asking for a builder gel fill-in because I was trying to save money. I specifically told the man doing my nails multiple times that I wanted a fill-in, not a whole new set. He said "yeah, I gotcha," but then he completely drilled the builder gel off of one of my nails. As soon as I noticed what he was doing, I told him that's not how you do a fill-in. He responded saying, "That's a fill-in," even though he had already removed the entire builder gel from the nail. At that point, it was basically too late because he continued doing it to all of my nails anyway, turning it into a whole new set that I never asked for. To make matters worse, the man doing my nails seemed very inexperienced. At one point he drilled directly into my skin because he was not paying attention, and my finger actually started bleeding. So instead of charging me for a fill-in (which should've been around $40-$45), he charged me for a completely new builder gel set. With chrome added for SHORT nails, my total ended up being around $85, which is ridiculous considering I never asked for a whole new set in the first place. On top of that, he did not do my nails correctly. I asked for gel French tips, but he used regular nail polish for the French tip and then put gel over it. That is not what I asked for at all. My French tips have already been chipping like crazy because he used regular polish instead of gel like I specifically asked for. He also shaped my nails badly, and when I tried to say something, he just brushed me off with "yeah yeah" and kept going. It genuinely felt like he did whatever HE wanted instead of listening to anything I asked for. I did not tip because the service and quality were not good. My friend also had a bad experience. She showed the lady multiple reference pictures, and her nails looked nothing like them. The lady barely even looked at the picture and gave her attitude the whole time. She asked for seashell-style polka dots, and they literally just painted random dots on her nails. My friend paid over $95 for nails that didn't even look right. If your friends are telling you this place is cheap, it's not. We both paid way too much for simple designs, and neither of us got what we asked for. We will not be returning.
