No one banged our furniture around which seems to be the "norm". They were able to move our piano and assemble it and took care of our artwork and bronze statutes. I'd give them zero stars if the lawn wasn't mowed, so at least they mowed the lawn. However, they never said hello to us or introduced themselves. They just parked between our house and the neighbors house, in front of a fire hydrant, and let themselves into our back yard, where we have two big dogs. It's a good thing we realized who we were and shut the doggie door the first time they showed up. After they left, our son informed us that they let their dog run around our yard the entire time, and when we got back, they had left cans of empty energy drinks in our yard. This last time they showed up, they ended up leaving both of our gates open, and the dogs escaped. When we called to inform them that they need to be more careful, they were rude, unapologetic and claimed we were lying. Garbage customer service at best. Do not use them if you want to employee professionals. And as you can see by the owners response here, we are still being accuaed of lying. Our dogs did not open the hates and escape themselves. Be more respectful. read more

Our 55" super heavy tv died. I went to the Nextdoor app & called Mikal's who has advertised often. Even though I told Mikal it takes 2 to move it, he arrives alone, sees I'm right & leaves without a word. So, I check Craigslist, call the Dream Team, negotiate a price of $60 (down from $200), two masked men arrive within 15 minutes and remove the very heavy dead tv. I am a very grateful and happy camper for speedy and well-done job. I will call again when I have the need. Thank y'all! read more

First, let me say I was in a huge bind when I contacted Chaz. My elderly mom was supposed to be moving over a weekend where her family could help. At the last minute her apartment wasn't ready. I live out of the area and was trying to coordinate all of this. Chaz answered my email on a weekend and assured me his team would be able to help once she got her apartment. He stayed in close contact with me, always answered my texts immediately and quite literally saved the day! The movers that showed up were hard working, kind and incredibly helpful. These guys responded within a matter of minutes when I requested an estimate on a pretty big job. I told them 30+ windows on a new car dealership building and I needed them NOW. They quoted me $:1150. Showed up for job less than 2 hours later and 90 more windows than I'd asked about, windows that ranged in size from 14"×20" to 7' or taller. Quote went up 50 than originally quoted . They were quick and the windows were clean. Not a perfect job but which of us are. Very happy to have done business with them. Chaz was awesome! I didn't have much of a chance to call around, but he was flexible with our last minute moving request. They showed up with the uhaul and started moving furniture right away down 3 flights of stairs! I couldn't believe how much they moved in just a few hours! At the new house they carried in everything and made sure to put furniture and boxes where we wanted it all. I would definitely recommend and hire the Dream team again! read more
