As to why anyone would wash custom drapery in a washing machine I'll never understand. Especially someone with the knowledge and experience of dry cleaning. Up until this point I had been a repeat and loyal customer for roughly 14yrs and only had good things to say. I made every attempt to speak with the owner in an effort to resolve the situation and replace my curtains however, they never returned a call and made it clear they were not interested in accommodating me in any way. Thus, leaving no other option except to take them to court. Quite frankly, it doesn't do anything to help small businesses or those that try to help small business succeed. It's truly a shame that those you try to help only care about helping themselves and screwing everyone else over. I would definitely think twice before taking ANYTHING to this cleaners.
