The diet and advise was nothing more than any free information found on the internet including a Keto diet. It was not worth the price. My advice is don't waste your money here. Pick a popular diet on your own, find a GLP1 provider and skip this clinic. They did supply lots of supplements and B12 but the benefits were questionable. Too much money for very little.
