My family and I flew from the San Francisco Bay Area to Houston Hobby and needed a ride to Galveston to port for a cruise. I contacted 3 different car service companies and decided to go with Top Tier Chauffeur services, out of instinct and I'm so happy I did. The day of our arrival, Betty texted me and provided me with the name of our driver, Kae, and his phone # and told me he will be in baggage claim to meet us after our flight. Soon after, I received a text from Kae. When we landed we went straight to baggage claim, there was Kae right when we got down the escalators holding a digital sign with my name on it. He made it easy to find him. He walked with us (there were 4 of us) to pick up our bags from the carousel then loaded our bags into the suburban. The ride was nice and clean. Kae was welcoming and engaged in our conversations. We started talking about Buc-cees and lo and behold we did a quick pit stop there. Our first time at a Buc-cees so we were super grateful for that stop. The day we came back from the cruise, I received a text from Kae letting me know he was going to be the one picking us up as well. I texted him when we got off the ship and he was there within minutes with cold water for each of us. If you know how hot and humid Galveston, TX gets then you know cold water is a treat. My school hired eight school buses for a field trip since our district does not have their own…read morebuses. There were issues from the moment they arrived. The buses were late and when they finally arrived one of the buses was lost. The company allowed 5 buses to pull into our school and start loading those buses but the remaining two buses were made to wait of the side of the road until the lost bus arrived. This caused us to wait to load the remaining three buses until much later than we originally planned to leave. Once we finally leave, almost 45 minutes late, the lead bus pulls into the road and completely stops!!! This happened multiple times throughout our drive. The bus driver was really rude when we asked her what was going on. She yelled at us that it was "protocol" but refused to explain what that even meant. Our 30 minute drive to the field trip took an hour with how many stops to wait on the other buses it took. Our operations manager had already said she will never use this company ever again!
