Everyone here is great! They're fast, they're great at solving issues, and they'll remember you, even after just your first visit! Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. So you never know when you can go get them without calling directly, which I feel bad doing since I know they're busy! And if there's an issue, you'll show up and there'll be nothing to get! I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready. read more

Very nice gentleman there, Craig. I recently moved to Auburn from Dadeville and for 1 1/2 years, I drove to Dadeville to get my monthly B12 shots. I went to the Drug Store to see if they would administer my shot, so now I don't have to drive. The pharmacy chain stores will only administer shots in the arm but that is not where I need it. It is the privately owned stores that will work with you. My husband did administer my shots, but he passed away in a car accident. I received my shot there and they didn't even charge me. This happened at a time that I needed to see that someone cared. read more

Been using them for years wouldn't go anywhere else!! They take the time to know you and what medications you are on from every prescription you get from multiple doctors and can warn you about possible interactions that could be deadly!!! I trust them with my life because they have told me certain meds a doctor prescribed me could react with something I take daily!!! They called and talked to doctor and HE changed the prescription. Didnt know his med could react that way!!! read more

The Drug Store is seriously the best drug store I have ever used. The folks there are super friendly and professional, and they truly bend over backward to help their customers. I've gone in multiple times with strange requests, and they've always worked with me. I absolutely will not use a different drug store. Our family has used them for a very long time. Craig, Lisa and staff are always courteous, friendly, and remember your name. I love the staff as well as the way they treat their customers. I think they're a great place to go for your prescriptions. Their very knowledgeable. I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to have a prescription filled. You can't say that with hardly any other drug stores in town. Especially the major chains. I've had my prescriptions filled while I was sitting in the drive-through window. It took less than two minutes. My husband has known the owner all of his life, and he has always worked his best to help with filling prescriptions as quickly as possible, and ordering them as quickly as he can to help. You were always greeted with a smile. It was surprising to see that there wasn't over a hundred reviews for this drugstore that were not all glaringly positive.
