It's not a fresh smell. Just a CVS smell. That said, it's been a long time since I've been in one... so it was a bit nostalgic. Anyway, this was nothing special but had much more options than the first store I went to. The guy at the other store actually told me to try cvs. (I needed a knee brace because I left mine at home). They have the important pull back toy car section that is also a standard in a CVS. not that I need that, but it brings back memories of when my boy was a toddler. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Store wasn't that clean, but you just need to get your stuff and go.

I have one of those CVS cards though always seem to leave it at home, but I've heard you can get some good deals by using them. The store also seems to be clean and organized. I've used the pharmacy years ago in the past at this location and didn't have any complaints, so as a CVS and drugstore, this one isn't bad.

Additionally, I needed an unusual medication that is not stocked in any pharmacies in our area, and Adam's ordered what I needed quickly. Plus, they ordered enough to be able to supply the refills I would need periodically in the future. I think Adam's cares about working with customers in a way that chains may not. Once I was crying quite hard when I picked up a medication (I was providing end of life care to a terminally ill family member), and the woman working the counter asked me how I was doing, offered me tissues, and shared a similar heartbreaking experience she'd had.
