I am old enough to forget names and I am hoping that the young lady who helped me on my first visit will forgive me, but I think it was Shontae. She was very efficient, friendly and helped me set up an appointment for my wife. I did not mention the bad reviews on Yelp to my wife. A young lady named Jessica Johnson helped my wife the next day. My wife arrived early for her appointment and was assisted right away. Jessica explained and set up everything on my wife's new CPAP machine. My wife came home with glowing praise for how easy the whole experience had been. A sea change in the experience for the better. Thank you HomeMed.

Just great, local people supporting their community with great service. The one thing I'll note is they don't have any kind of notification system for when your medications are ready. So you never know when you can go get them without calling directly, which I feel bad doing since I know they're busy! And if there's an issue, you'll show up and there'll be nothing to get! I've had to take 2-3 trips a few times to get meds and now I have to call every time before I go and take up their time just to see if things are ready.

Additionally, I needed an unusual medication that is not stocked in any pharmacies in our area, and Adam's ordered what I needed quickly. Plus, they ordered enough to be able to supply the refills I would need periodically in the future. I think Adam's cares about working with customers in a way that chains may not. Once I was crying quite hard when I picked up a medication (I was providing end of life care to a terminally ill family member), and the woman working the counter asked me how I was doing, offered me tissues, and shared a similar heartbreaking experience she'd had.

Anytime we had to call them they were rude, condescending and uncaring. From not getting the medication on time to not having strong enough medication and not having pads and briefs for my Dad. I never saw or heard from the case worker or the chaplin. Mom was left on her own to navigate and care for my Dad. We felt pressure at EAMC from a rep from Compassus named Phoebe to "use a hospice that has a facility." It did not matter because Dad didn't use their facility. We only was shown the last 24 hours how to dose meds when the patient could not swallow. This company even just a week prior to Dad's death stated he was not critical enough for nurse visits more than once a week. Dad was just another number to these people. The nurse took it upon herself to check on Dad days before his death. DO NOT be FOOLED by this company. They suck

I have to call my doctors office every single time and every time it has been a problem on Walgreens not my doctor. I have to call my doctor and have them call Walgreens to get it situated.
