The items were returned today, but not as handed over. Some items were washed, some were not, and the best part was the unrequested dye job, NOT. Many of the items have fond memories attached, and now they are ruined, no warning phone call to say, "Hey we screwed up". Very irritating. If I could give minus stars I would. Won't recommend or use this service ever again. I get sh*t happens, but you have to own the sh*t when it happens, and you failed miserably.

Customer parking is behind the store, enter from the driveway shared with 27 Rean Condo. Free pick-up and drop-off within the area, I haven't bothered to use this service since I live nearby already. Cons Traffic in this area can be busy. I don't believe they offer same day service, usually takes 3 to 4 days. Protip Bring in 5 items to get 15% off is a special he sometimes offers.

To be fair, these prices are in line with what other cleaners in the area offer, particularly the dry cleaner at the Loblaws across the street. Service-wise, the employees are very friendly and accomodating, but unfortunately my clothes were not ready on the date specified. I brought in my items on Friday and was told I could pick them up on Monday at 5. On Monday, only 3 of 5 items were ready, as a couple of the dresses "needed more time". I wasn't really impressed, but they were quite apologetic about the situation. The other two items arrived on Wednesday and they were able to deliver it to my condo in the area. I'm told they do pick-up and delivery for the neighbouring condos free of charge. (Sidenote: you feel a bit pretentious going to your doorman and asking if your dry cleaning has arrived.) The parking situation is a bit tricky. The front of the store faces the street (Sheppard), and there is *some* parking in the back (maybe 10 - 15 spots at most), but it's shared with all of the other businesses, as well as those visiting the senior's home who don't read instructions and are too lazy to park in the underground lot.

This one was close to my work and on a whim decided to try them. They were fantastic! I brought in a jacket and one other item to be dry cleaned. They called me a day earlier then I needed it saying it's ready, 3 day turn around. The owner is so sweet, she had a nice conversation asking how I found them and saying that she hopes I'll come back. They did a great job with the clothes, it was easy in and out experience and the clothes were pristine. The price was pretty on par too, not too expensive, but in the middle. Definitely going to be a regular! Plus their hours are great for me to come after work or weekends.

My clothes have always come back clean, tidy and priced reasonably for services rendered. I also use them for large bulky items that need to be commercially cleaned (i.e. down duvets, small area rugs, down coats). Any particularly stained areas are examined closely upon receipt, marked with a sticker, and given special care and attention during cleaning. In over a decade of regular patronage, they have never lost or misplaced any of my items. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mr. Lee, their on-site tailor. I work in the clothing industry, and know how valuable it is to have a good tailor in your arsenal of professionals. I can't tell you how many times I've taken an item to Mr Lee to nip in a waist, shorten a hem or sleeve, put a dart in a shirt -- it makes a massive difference on how off-the-rack, inexpensive items fit. He may not speak English very well, but he certainly understands fit, and with Alice's help, any consultation regarding alterations goes smoothly. Their parking lot is tiny - room for only 2 cars - and sometimes during the busy rush hour on Lesmill Road, it can be challenging to get in and out. But that's not their fault ! and it's a testament to how many people in the 'hood use their services. I trust Bayview Cleaners with my wardrobe 100%.

It was a bit disappointing and very inconvenient that the WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ and $1 coins. The DRYERS and Triple Load WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ coins. But They have a functioning Change dispensing machine on site. Also, there are no instructions or guides on how to use each type of machine (especially the triple load washers). So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have a secure Free WiFi and a TV that's on sometimes - though the channels are not my taste. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost). Along with a snack and soda machine. Just pray it doesn't steal your coins. I can't recommend the business because in addition to a few issues above, the owner is a little inappropriate or disrespectful in attitude when they do show up. Not a good thing considering the laundry is located in a religious Jewish neighbourhood with families. They recently added professional laundry/dry-cleaning services where you submit your clothes to the staff and they do a professional wash.
