We were in need of someone ASAP and didn't have time to gather all the information. When I called, Kimberly called me back right way. She was very responsive and I could hear her love for dogs. We boarded him for two nights and I got an update (and pictures) each day, which was important for us since it was our first time. She kept Echo active and happy during his stay!
