Absolutely would give them 100STARS if i could. i have been coming here for many years, &although i miss seeing Kam beingthe counter -- his 2nd in command makes Kams absence something I am grateful i got to experience so many laughs with rather than walking thru the doors & just being sad!! he is always accommodating and knowledgeable on all of the products in his store . Customer Service is always above and beyond with my usual 100 questions I have & the many random inexpensive things i purchase. I definitely am a regular but am in no means a big spender because life is expensive !! Yet they are always so very accommodating and helpful, and go above and beyond by making my shopping experience leaving me with a smile on my face each time! not to mention they have a HUGEEEEE SELECTION of anything and everything you need From quality Kratom, to reasonably priced glass/or if you are like me who breaks everything & buys strictly silicone smoking pieces, to silicone containers and cases. not to mention they have CERAMIC NAILS which not all smoke shops have hopped on that train yet and they really need to because stainless steel is garbage and titanium just isnt for me. i buy all my torches/butane products here &they never disappoint or crap out on me once i am home (again like some shops around this town, they wont even consider exchanging anything once you have left the store) but the Dungeon has never denied me &i have only had that happen 1 time w/ a can of butane in the 10+years i have been shopping here. they also carry a ton of tattoo equipment (again--all very decently priced for the brands on their shelves) from high quality ink, to artificial skins, needle cartridges in any size mag or liner you are looking for. to green soap tincture, to tattoo machine sleeves, ink cups, ACTUAL TATTOO MACHINES fully equipped, and much more! as an amateur local tattoo artist, it is great having all of this tattoo equipment just around the corner from my apartment. i can just run a flew blocks around the corner and grab something if i am out or running out and have clientele to attend to rather than wait for anywhere from 10-14 business days if i order it online. they got everything you need here !!!! dont waste your time going to the other local smoke shops in yuba/sutter county. they are all overpriced and you definitely wont receive the same satisfaction and help as a customer with your overall shopping experience!! read more

This is an awful establishment. They have the MOST overpriced glass in the greater yuba sutter area, first off. Second off they've had their tobacco license suspended more than 2x since I've been in the area (1 year) also recently the owner forcibly removed me, while either intoxicated or high. (Eyes read and smelled strongly of vodka) for an offhand comment about how absurdly the glass was priced. Also the same day, they charged a friend 12.50$ to return a defective torch for a "re-shipping fee" to send a defective item to factory. Literally the torch was bleeding butane and would stay lit long after initial use. This was a clear factory defect. This is nothing but a shit "for profit" glass shop that does shady stuff and gets their license suspended on the reg. Stay away at ALL costs unless you enjoy dishonest, violent atmospheres. Where the owners call you "bastards" and "f*cking idiots" while clearly abusing some sort of substance, with bloodshot eyes. Have fun if god forbid you choose to do business with them. read more

Won't be going here anymore! Went in here to spend some money and stood their while the two employees talked about if one or another ever feels worthless?????? I stood their patiently and not one of them even acknowledged I was standing there. Long story short, I walked out and took my business to Sutter smoke shop were they have top tier customer service with great prices. read more

Larger selection of hookah flavors than other smoke shops in town. I prefer Fumari brand. Comes in a black resealable pouch. People say that the flavor is too moist and hard to get started. Simple solution, set on paper towel and break apart the tobacco. Fold over the paper towel and press lightly to remove some of the moisture. Pack your bowl, put some coals and you have hookah that'll last up to 2 hours. read more

It's an alright place I suppose. One of the owners/workers is kinda rude, the other person I've seen working there is cool, helpful, and nice though. Prices are good on some things, other things are pretty overpriced at times like some of the piercing stuff for example. Overall I appreciate the services they provide other than giving tweakers a place to buy pipes or "oil burners", which in my opinion is pretty much promoting the use of methamphetamine. Just calling it like I see it. More times than not I've encountered sketch ass people and tweakers hanging around outside and shopping in the store, which detours my willingness to spend money there to other similar businesses. Unless I'm unable to find a specific item elsewhere that is, so it's a last resort basically. read more

Basically a shop for tweakers to get their syringes, fake urine to pass drug tests etc. They have a hookah and glass selection that is reasonably priced I've heard, but I've never once walked in without a tweaker being in there trying to buy something to further ruin their life. read more

My experience was apparently a lot better than the previous reviews. I went in with my best friend and was in there for literally probably an hour trying to get exactly the right things. They have a huge selection of anything and everything you might want. The guy working was a little bit stingy as far as pricing but the owner actually came in and was super helpful and even gave us each a free pipe. Soo I don't know what these one star reviews are about but we were extremely satisfied with our visit. read more

Very much improved from a few years back. I actually used to avoid this place but the owner is so nice and always willing to make a deal that I have always come back. By far the largest glass selection in town, they have everything from cheap to top shelf, so you will find what you are looking for without a doubt and if, for some reason you can't, Cam the owner, will order it for you. huge selection if Wildberry brand incense and stickers, body jewelry and pretty much everything in the underground scene. went in to get a new piece and some rolling papers. been going there for years and he always acts like he is cutting you a deal. my wife bought a female to female adapter, 4 packs of rolling papers, a lighter, and a glass bowl. the same bowl i paid 10 bucks for a year ago, at the same place. the guy charged her 70 bucks, grabbed a grav labs adapter piece that retails for 15 dollars, charged her 30 for that, 30 for the 10 dollar bowl, god knows how he got to 70 dollars. the guy is a SNAKE and i recommend not going here, just order online. YOU WILL GET SCREWED it seems like we were charged for "wasting his time" and he always makes you feel like he is worried youll steal. read more

The guy that owns this place is the absolute WORST! He will argue with you to death over his over-priced generic products. I bought a vapor pen from him that literally cracked and broke as soon as I got home and put it together. Tried to take it back, he argued with me for so long about how it was my fault. He got another one, put it together to prove his point and it broke on HIM! He STILL refused to give me a refund. Most of what he has is generic and I would never do business there again.
