I really wanted a personal experience even though I could simply order mods/tanks etc online for a much better price. I really wanted that human touch to help guide me into making the right decision. I figured they would try to hook me up with a starter kit of the cheapest they had. I went in trying to get information on intermediate / experience vaper's mods, because I did not want to spend close to 100 bucks on something that isn't going to last long, or will be a pain in the ass to use, or have small but ever so annoying problems or I would want to upgrade very very soon or... etc etc you get the picture. Just as I feared, the dude at the counter had no interest in educating me on anything, when I asked what about this or that, he just was intent on telling me over and over that I needed the Kanger subox mini-c. So after not getting any questions really answered. I gave in like a complete moron and went with the cheapo starter kit. 2 weeks later I seriously regret buying the cheapo starter kit. This Kanger is sorta-OK at best, but if you appreciate mods/tanks/etc that don't suck EVEN IF YOU'RE NEW to vaping. This thing is a peice of junk for 70$ starter kit price they listed. (20 of it was from the insanely overpriced e-juice) The worker showed me how to saturate the coil, screw it on, rings me up and out the door I go. Next time I'll use better judgement and research more first, listen to my instincts and never come back here so they can hustle me and shove me out the door. What a lame experience, won't be back.

He set my machine up incorrectly and I was upset. Took my setup into the store and asked for help. Brett looked at what I had and fixed it right away. He answered all of my beginners questions without sounding condescending like I have experienced when asking others about vaping. That's not even the coolest part. Brett asked me how much I paid for my setup, told me I got a good price, and only ever asked that I come back and support his place of business. You could tell his passion for the job was what drove him to be there. He stocked my Vape with on the house liquid, told me that if I had any recurring issues he would help me out best he could, and invited me back. I'll definitely be returning. On top of everything else they're trying to support the cause and inform people of the pending legislation regarding vaping and vapor lounges. Cool stuff guys. Short version: bought a setup somewhere else, took it in there to get fixed after being busted, wasn't charged a dime, and was given some free product. 5.5/5 will return.

Super unfriendly younger guy working . It almost felt like I was bothering him by being there and interrupting his TV time on the couch in the lobby . Was unable to help me with my question and informed me "they don't sell " the product I bought a few weeks earlier . No helpful ideas or sales pitch on another similar product . I was willing to spend some good money on a new product but his attitude scared me right out of that shop . For good . I will take my money to the vape shop in Yuba City for now on . The worker then finished his game, and helped somebody else he was playing a game with first instead. He then told me cards are priced differently than the case, looked up the cards l, went to talk to a customer that doesn't work at the store about how much he should charge me, and the came back and said they couldn't sell them because he couldn't figure out the price. All because the cards were $1 more than the case. It's illegal to sell product for a different price at the register than listed on the listed on the shelf. The employee just laughed at me instead of trying to figure it out. I might be looking into who to report that to. The funny part is, I would have even just paid the extra $1, because I really don't care, I expect cards to be the price of TCG player, but the fact the store is willing to lose a customer over $1 tells you all you are willing to know. I specifically don't buy cards online in order to support the local stores in our small town, but I will never be going back here, because this store cares more about making an extra $1 (that I would have even paid if given the chance,) than it does about supporting the community that allows them to exists.

Yet they are always so very accommodating and helpful, and go above and beyond by making my shopping experience leaving me with a smile on my face each time! not to mention they have a HUGEEEEE SELECTION of anything and everything you need From quality Kratom, to reasonably priced glass/or if you are like me who breaks everything & buys strictly silicone smoking pieces, to silicone containers and cases. not to mention they have CERAMIC NAILS which not all smoke shops have hopped on that train yet and they really need to because stainless steel is garbage and titanium just isnt for me. i buy all my torches/butane products here &they never disappoint or crap out on me once i am home (again like some shops around this town, they wont even consider exchanging anything once you have left the store) but the Dungeon has never denied me &i have only had that happen 1 time w/ a can of butane in the 10+years i have been shopping here. they also carry a ton of tattoo equipment (again--all very decently priced for the brands on their shelves) from high quality ink, to artificial skins, needle cartridges in any size mag or liner you are looking for. to green soap tincture, to tattoo machine sleeves, ink cups, ACTUAL TATTOO MACHINES fully equipped, and much more! as an amateur local tattoo artist, it is great having all of this tattoo equipment just around the corner from my apartment. i can just run a flew blocks around the corner and grab something if i am out or running out and have clientele to attend to rather than wait for anywhere from 10-14 business days if i order it online. they got everything you need here !!!! dont waste your time going to the other local smoke shops in yuba/sutter county. they are all overpriced and you definitely wont receive the same satisfaction and help as a customer with your overall shopping experience!!
