My gut told me to reach out to the person who gave him that rating and this person responded back stating that no results were achieved from this gentleman. When I checked this person's yelp reviews, she mentioned that she had visited Paola before. So, I decided to reach out to Paola. Everything she said was right on!!! I loved the fact that she said just say yes or no, she didn't need additional information. I felt like I was talking to a friend because she knew everything that I was encountering at that moment.
