After seeing on the internet that they installed interior and exterior doors, I sent a text to…read moreinquire if they would be interested in replacing a fiberglass entry door with side lights. Chance responded right away, and we made arrangements for him to come out to give a quote. When he came out, he not only gave a reasonable quote but he also took measurements to assure that I would order the correct size door. He also said he would pick up and deliver the door after it arrives at the store. There was some delay in the arrival of the door from the manufacturer but he was very understanding. We had to juggle the arranged installation date for various reasons and again he was very understanding. (He always answered my phone calls and responded to texts within a reasonable time frame.) Knowing I was anxious to get the door installed, he texted to see if he could begin the installation a day earlier than scheduled. Because of all the delays, none of which he was responsible, I was ecstatic!! When he arrived with the door, he and his crew began work immediately removing the old door and installing the new door completing the job sooner than expected. They were very professional, hard working, friendly and extremely respectful with "Yes, ma'am" and "No, ma'am." (That's rare these days.) Their work was exceptional, and the installation came with a 1 year warranty, which is unheard of. Thank you C & R for an extremely pleasant experience. I give them 10 stars!! Sharon T.

The big fancy companies showed up made excuses said they were coming back and never did. Within 45 minutes of agreeing on price by text they were in front of my house and did what no one else would even try. No tarp job is ever perfect but we had water pouring in to our attic and top floor for two weeks. Our crew was working non stop in the attic to save the top floor of our building.
