I sent an email on their website and was promptly put in touch with Erica. I paid money upfront before we could move forward and receive our proof. Proof was sent, we tweaked the details, new proofs sent and approved them shirts/hoodies created and issued 3 weeks after. When they were ready Erica reached out, provided directions into the facility and I was greeted with a smile and a box of our shirts.
