What went well was the complete ease of online ordering a variety of quality products using the a user friendly app, the delivery was quick, and super safe (less than two minutes, seriously). What went even better, was the product. Yes, the product is incredible. These pre-rolled "Flamed" red cones are melodious. The flower arrived top shelf, pre-rolled ripe green leaves, and distinct aroma. Love the packaging, my products arrive unscathed. This is my second order from this dispensary. The Emerald is a truly a gem (I think puns are still funny?), and I've been happy with every experience I've ever had there over the past half-year or so. Selection is crazy, so so many options to choose from, from flower to carts to edibles to tinctures (if that's your thing! idk, but they have 'em!) -- and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, often able to provide personal experience on top of the standard on-paper characteristics of a strain. Every person I've met who works there always greets me with a smile and a little small talk -- just good people all around. And now they've got a cozy spot in the back to host a schedule of events (haven't been to one yet, but I've seen the back and it's beautiful). I really can't say enough good things about this place. Yes, the prices may not be what we're used to in the past with the old shops, and I loved that era, too -- but nothing I've seen price-wise has been any higher than the industry standard right now. I think they do a good balancing act, especially because they provide some 1oz options. It's a wide spectrum of pricing, but I really think it accurately reflects the quality of what you're buying. -I visited the shop opening week. -I believe, the shop is the first legal shop to open in Bushwick. -They have security and a lot of cameras. -Great mural outside Atmosphere The shop was clean and welcoming. Someone greets you at the door where you show your ID and are welcomed in. There's a showcase of products when you first walk in and a lot more products in the the back room The decor was minimalist and theme of shop is spot on for the name. Very cute! Service I was greeted by the owner and she showed me a product that was aligned to my needs. She then into.ed me to a budtender who helped with the rest of my order and checkout experience. The shop takes debit and cash- they have an ATM on site Product I decided to get low dose gummies OhHo (yuzu grapefruit) and the purple haze disposable pen. Normally not a smoker and only do edibles. Pros,,, where do I start, im not the daily smoker who uses cannibus for play I have anxiety amongst other things,, I was up to 4 different pills at least 3 times a week on good days, and I found at emerald I got my nerves back, I was offered so many different options to get the same affects that my pills offered, yes the smoking of herbs is my go to, but the smell is not something I didn't look forward to. I was offered a smorgasbord of alternatives, chocolate, tincture, Drinks!! Yes drinks, candy, gummies and flavorfull,, sativas , indicas , hybrids, an knowledge!!! I could go on,, without hesitation i will refer emerald in a heart beat, and the staff didn't press me to buy what they wanted i was left to look around and ask as many questions as i needed and i left very very pleased with my choices. read more

I got straight up played here. Make sure to watch the budtenders. I was charged double for a vape and there are no refunds. I was offered either the same vape or a goodie bag I said no give me of the high grade flower the high budtender that messed up agreed to that, but no, he gave me an eighth that was already opened and a mid pre roll that was a sample from a grower. I didn't notice cause the package was sealed and I was busy rushing (my fault there cause he was already being shady) but still why do I have to watch why not be a honest business. I had to come back and your dumb high budtender made numerous mistakes didn't want to fix it but be a shady. Do not go here there are better local dealers and the pricing is more here for low quality. Also the tipping thing is weird. The tip was $30 - $50 f out of here! this place is insane wtf are they being tipped for. I wouldn't have wrote a review if they just honored my credit but f them they deserve no respect.
