The quality of these refurbished antiques far exceeded anything modern that you could buy in the same price range. This is heirloom quality furniture ,beautifully crafted from high quality hardwoods and veneers and lovingly restored. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

Found Design sure saves you the trouble of scouring yard sales and antique shops for that just-right item. The only trouble is, you are not going to pay the yard sale price you could be paying. That $10 coffee table (that turns out to have been made by some famous Danish craftsperson) will cost you $700. But really, what are the odds of finding it at a yard sale?

I ordered a Jonathan…read moreAdler fruit bowl and when having paid, I was sent an automative receipt explaining that out of stock items could take from 4-8 weeks to arrive possibly even 16!! Needing this for a gift the item would arrive way too late . I wrote several texts and each time was answered DAYS later . I received with each text an automotive reply saying it would take 72 hrs for a response .. but they exceeded that time EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! I wrote numerous texts requesting cancellation and they did not acknowledge me at all. I even left phone messages requesting cancellation and was ignored . When the item came 2 months later .. it was defective . The resin was yellow where it should have been white. That lead into a lot of back and forth where I was passed on to a manager. I was refunded 40% but had to be subjected to a lot of stress and frustration ! The entire situation from my initial purchase in May was "resolved " end of August ! Please be advised if your considering purchasing from them they are super negligent with communication and not willing to cancel orders and if your item is not in stock will take MONTHS! !! I would give them not even one star !
