Someone should tell her that it is illegal and unethical to take $10,000 from out of work people knowing that the corporation's doors will soon close permanently, leaving hundreds of consumers defrauded and high and dry. She continues to have her salesmen make sales, lining her pockets with the proceeds. She won't pay her career coaches and won't respond to her clients. The Barrett Group's corporate name, Cachcopa, has been moved to Florida using the owner's mother's address. It is very difficult to go after Ballinger because of Florida's laws and that she actually lives in England. Good luck serving her there! If you've already paid the Barrett Group and feel that you've been ripped off, simply call your bank and ask them to charge back your credit card due to fraud.

My call was rescheduled 3 times in less than 2 weeks, then it was postponed indefinitely. Finally a few weeks later I got an email asking to reschedule and I was all set at that point. The person I was in contact with seemed to be very nice and everything, however if a new customer is reaching out for your services you should definitely pay them more attention before you just lose their business to another service. I'm glad I didn't waste my money, but it's a shame that they lost out on business because they didn't think I was important. Update for clarification: I've received a response from Spring Forward stating that no one by my name has ever done business with them. I specifically use a nickname for Yelp reviews so that I can't be personally attacked in reviews, emails or phone calls that the business does not approve of. Not having my name in their system does not invalidate the honest review I've posted.

I was not…read morelooking to get a Full Time Job but I did know I wanted to either learn some Technical Computer Skills which I never thought I would ever learn at my age so that I could do some part time work somewhere or a Home Business which definitely would need Excel, Word, and make Presentations. I also learned while there they had a 'Medical Terminology Course', which would feed my previous Army Medical background and learn more up to date terms for work at a Hospital or similar area. The many weeks I was there; with the absolutely patient, understanding, and very loving and talented 'Friends' made there; I have made my life ; because of Operation ABLE's Staff much more enjoyable; and made money I never dreamed of.
