They keep the building clean and organized. The management office especially Dimitri and Heather have been so helpful with all my questions and concerns. So happy we stumbled upon this gem.

Always ready and available to help if needed. Dropped my keys down the gap in elevator doors and they were able to provide me temp keys and fob until mine could be retrieved. The other tenants are so friendly as well. Holding doors and elevators. Small kind acts that mean a lot in these divisive times. My favorite part about Harrison is how pet friendly the place is. As a tenant I felt I was treated the same as an owner, meaning concierge was very responsive to my questions and took care with receiving my packages and guests. There is an very nice landscaped outdoor deck area with barbecue and dining and covered sitting areas where no pets are allowed. Good location for transportation, nearby gym, a few restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of walking path options. OHSU proximity can't be beat. Views from my unit were amazing but with newer construction in area that likely changed. The few days Oregon had smoke in the air, it was nice to have such an airtight building and just run a/c.
