Last minute need for a corsage for my son and his date. I called at about 1:15pm, they took my request for a red corsage (other places said they need a 2 or 3 day notice). They told me they close at 2pm on Saturdays but could fit us in, so we left pretty quickly. Beautiful space, VERY helpful attitude, candy for my littlest kid and the corsage was stunning! Came in 10 days early for a flower arrangement. Left pictures and specific instructions. Picked up flowers, and they were not what I had asked for. No worries, miscommunication happens sometimes. However, the owner of this flower shop was the most argumentative, rude, impatient, ungrateful individual. It actually blew my mind. I was so blown away, I asked to speak to the owner, at which point she indicated she WAS the owner. If you do business with this individual, you had better hope there are no issues or desired changes because it is very much a "take it or leave it" mentality. When I was trying to explain my problem with the order, she actually said, "I don't really have time for this, so can you just tell me what you want?" Okay so here is the deal, the arrangement was overpriced and just okay.. Samuel s Florist definitely has better arrangements at better prices and so does La Bella. The worst part is they charged me twice for the same arrangement and when I called to ask for a credit Kim the manager (supposedly) was argumentative and said I was the rudest person she ever dealt with, Really??? just because I wanted my money back? Wow, Kim needs to take a customer service 101 class. Kim and the whole enchanted florist experience was quite disenchanting. Kim made an already disappointing experience downright nasty, last time I checked the customer was king, not at enchanted florist Kim has the last word and to prove it she will give you her unsolicited opinions and you know what they say about opinions??? we all have them and they all stink... so enchanted florist here is my advice improve your arrangements, lower your prices, don't overcharge and double charge your clients, don't insult your clients and last but not least.... either get rid of Kim and send her to a customer service class... read more

I have my own business. I clicked on Enchanted Florist to order some flowers. This one was the closest one to where our friends lived to make it convenient to deliver them . I ended up ordering with the 800 number that was on the website, which put me through a third party. The owner of this florist was telling me she was calling me as a courtesy call. She argued with me and telling me she is not my florist I told her to cancel my order. She said that I would have to go through Avas and she was glad that I was cancelling the order. What owner of a business would say that. Everything I said to her she would argue with me. Then I looked her up on Yelp and another person had the same experience which made me write this. I have never gone out of my way to write a review good or bad. Kim, you need to think about the way you talk to your customers! With businesses today, fighting for patrons, it amazes me that when you walk into a place such as the Enchanted Florist that the florists there could care less about customer service. I am a savvy, creative, and quick shopper who knows what she likes.... Therefore I just needed a few prices on vases and flowers. The woman with blonde hair in there was hardly a help, wasn't welcoming, seemed bothered when I asked for prices and didn't invite me to go ahead and pick out my arrangement, grant it, she was doing a previous arrangement but I had agreed to return in 20 min. I was left standing there basically ignored not given any direction. I didn't need her undivided attention, but some acknowledgment would have been nice, it's not my place of employment or home to walk in and do what I please, anyhow with her rude and dismissive behavior I left and went down the street to Toluca Lake Florist where they were so kind and together we whipped up a beautiful bouquet within 10 minutes. read more

I can not say enough about Kim and the Enchanted Florist!! They did our wedding and it was beyond perfect! Absolutely everything was gorgeous! The flower arrangements were large, with beautiful full blooms, and just overall stunning. Everything was reasonably priced as well. The quality that we got for what we paid was fantastic. She really listens and gives great advice on what she thinks would be best, but ultimately lets you make the decision. Other florist I had met with were telling me what I wanted, where Kim lets you tell her what you want and then the two of you work together to come up with what is best for the event. We had a rather major change in our wedding two months out when our wedding venue canceled on us for renovations. We were thankfully able to get a new venue, but we had to redesign our flowers for our ceremony, and Kim was absolutely great about it. It was an easy fix on her end, and we had another meeting to go over the new changes. We had lanterns for our centerpieces and she came up with two incredible designs for them with the flowers. Everything she did blew me away. I HIGHLY recommend her. And will absolutely use her again for any flower needs that I may have. She is the BEST in the business. You can purchase flowers these days in any supermarket, at Costco and even inside some 7-11s. Of course, you can purchase flowers from "florists." She and her staff will create something that will be remembered long after the flowers have surrendered themselves. And the great part is you will really like her. Enchanted Florist is the only place we can think of going in any need of floral arrangement and floral art. Her adjacent gift shop is also delightful and creatively stocked.
