I was so excited to order another bouquet for a very special event. I ordered through Instagram this time for the specific bouquet they have. It was confirmed. I arrived to the store prolly 45 mins before my pick-up time. The staff in there didn't have any clue about my order. I wished they have just forgotten to make it, but I don't think they are notified at all about my order I placed 2 days before because she doesn't know how the bouquet looks like. What's more disappointing was that they didn't have the flowers needed to create the bouquet I wanted. She made a good one but it could have been better. I had to wait there for about 45 mins. The staff didn't even apologize for what happened. I even asked for a discount for the inconvenience but none was offered. read more

I had a great experience getting flowers from this business. I ordered flowers online from them and they texted me day of to let me know that one of the flowers needed to be substituted. I appreciated the text since it provided me with an opportunity to change the flower to something else if I decided too, I kept the flower they wanted to substitute to since I know nothing about flowers but I appreciated the text nonetheless. First time ordering here and loved it. Beautiful, fresh arrangement and very much like the photos online. I really like the design of this and the "bag" look. For a long while, J'adore was my go-to. Because even though they were pricey, they were reliable. But recently they up-ed their price too much in my opinion and on holidays it's insane how expensive they are. So I started looking around for other florists with similar aesthetics but not over-inflated in cost and stumbled onto Coral Path ...& so glad I did. Admittedly, I was a bit hesitant about ordering online because certain things about it felt a bit iffy? But seems like I had nothing to worry about. My order was fully ready when I got there. There was a young lady who assisted me. Very friendly and great customer service. I had been pretty sleep-deprived so I had a bit of a hard time communicating but she was patient and explained how I can best transport the arrangement and all that which was super helpful. Of course, they are still on the pricy side if you compare to generic arrangements you can pick up at markets or more regular florist but I honestly think it's worth it. I'm a bit picky when it comes to floral arrangements and found Coral Path to have an artistic, modern and clean aesthetic. This past week I needed to arrange a flower delivery for a funeral service and their choices were in line with what we wanted. I called to ask a few questions and Harout (the owner) was lovely and provided great information. I called the day before the delivery to ensure they had all the details needed and he reassured me the sympathy arrangement would arrive at least an hour before the service. The day of, as I was driving to the service, they called me with an update and confirmation of delivery. I truly appreciate this level of communication and accuracy.
