When I picked up computer I paid the bill, took the computer and left without testing it. Big mistake. When I got home and turned it on there was no keypad or cursor when I was in Windows. I took it back and was told that it was missing the driver and they hadn't been able to find it. I gave them the email and number of the company that manufactured the computer which has the drivers on its website. Today, I called to check status and was told no one had gotten back them. I asked them if they were going to be able to get it working and the guy I was talking to started going on making excuses and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I asked him why he had not simply called the company to get the info. He said the phone call would be too expensive since it was a Chinese number. I told him I had an internet phone with low rates and that he could use it to call. I also told him I was disappointed that they have given back the computer and charged me for installing Windows when he knew it was not fully functional. The owner's response was terrible. He told me it was my fault for buying a "cheap" computer from overseas and that I was lucky he didn't charge me for the 12-13 hours they had into it. I guess that he had forgotten that I had the original receipt that showed substantially less time. Not my idea of customer service. Caveat emptor.

Isle after isle - in several green houses, full of unique flowers, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, full and beautiful hanging baskets - and all of this at the end of the season. Still an unbelievable selection. I live over 50 miles away, and am a long time gardener. I will never shop anywhere else, and especially not at the big discount stores. The service there is rarely found anywhere today. I filled a small pickup full of flowers and still did not spend what I would have on 6 or 7 plants at retail. Even after the drive I still saved much money, and recived a much higher quality and selection.- they have species of flowers that I have never seen in 30 years of gardening!
