For those who may be unsure about reiki or concerned about spiritual aspects, my experience has been very grounded and practical. There is nothing uncomfortable or conflicting. It feels more like guided relaxation combined with attentive, intentional care. I leave each session feeling reset, clear-headed, and noticeably more relaxed, and that feeling often lasts for days. One of the most valuable parts of each visit is the sense of quiet and calm I'm able to reach.
