The OR team of Renee', Diane, and Kelly were top notch. Everyone in the OR room talked to me and reassured me that Dr. Wadzinski would take care of the hole in my macula with his skills. The anesthesia guy was very friendly and reassured me I would not feel a thing. The doctor came to talk to my wife right after surgery to reassure her that all went as planned. I called and spoke with Christine and Siouxland Podiatry and she was very helpful and friendly, and offered the office email to send the scanned image of the X-Ray and she would have a doctor take a look. Of course they couldn't give me an official diagnosis, but they were willing to take time to look at the image and give me their "off the record" opinion on the steps to take until I got back to the US and could receive proper treatment. Of course this was a very unusual situation everyone involved was in, but they were extremely understanding and resourceful in giving me professional advice I was hoping for. NO FRONT STAFF IS TRAINED for handling people in crippling pain at all. And you are punished for it if you go there.

Don't ask her for any type of painkiller; she won't give them to you. Even if you have liver disease and fractured spinal disks and funky bruises on your legs from the fluid you carry around, she won't help you. Which really sucks. Makes you wonder what part of your body you have to break to even get an iBprofin out of her. She NEVER speaks to you on the phone unless she wants you to go to the hospital. Oh, and her office sucks for returning phone calls. She pretty much just sits in the room with you and types of her computer the whole time. Like, doesn't even give you eye contact. Really annoying. But her nurses are super nice and it's a very nice and clean facility.

I liked her so much, and she is such a good doctor. She diagnosed my Dad twice with Melanoma, and she cried when she told him. She cared. Ever since I have been looking for a doctor who has such a breadth of knowledge mixed with compassion and it is extremely hard to find. I would recommend Dr. Roge to anyone and everyone.
