Also beware that they send the worst and most inexperienced realtors out if they know you are a first time buyer looking for a home. On top of that the majority of their 4 star reviews on google have been obtained against googles policy of not soliciting 4 star reviews. These reviews were solicited by using mailers offering chances to win things if the recipient gave a 4 star review meaning they were falsely obtained. Buy from them at your own risk.
