Frankly, I find it deeply concerning that this practice would: accept me as a patient, confirm we are in network, allow me to receive care and prescribe me medication over two years to then abruptly deny service over email two days before your appointment. This is an EGREGIOUS oversight that harmed no one but me, the patient seeking help. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and arrived around 12:30. Dr. Miche Lamarche was at the front and hastily told me I was early and to take a seat. I understood I was early and didn't expect to be seen before 1:00, but her tone felt dismissive. While I waited, she took two phone calls. I don't know who she was speaking with, but she raised her voice and spoke very aggressively. It was uncomfortable to witness and felt incredibly unprofessional, especially in a wellness practice. Whether it was a client or a loved one, I wouldn't appreciate being spoken to that way. My appointment started around 1:05. During intake, I didn't feel heard. She frequently spoke over me rather than listening while I explained why I was there. She also took my blood pressure, said it was low, and told me to remind her to take it again next time because she normally doesn't. I found that strange. A patient's chart should carry that reminder, not the patient. The acupuncture itself was fine, but the treatment room (especially the floor) was visibly dirty. Since you have to remove your shoes to get onto the treatment table, this made me particularly uncomfortable. The checkout process sealed the experience for me. I was asked if I had Zelle and told to send payment to a phone number posted on a sticky note the office door, but was never told how much I owed. After getting dressed, I waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, knocked multiple times, and called Dr. Lamarche's name several times. No one responded, so I left. About an hour later, her scheduler called asking for payment. I explained that I was happy to pay, but no one had told me the amount and I couldn't find anyone to help me check out. I can't judge the effectiveness of acupuncture from one session. My two stars reflect the professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and organization of the practice. Based on my experience, I won't be returning or recommending it.

Spravato is offered for in person visits and a private room with a reclining chair as well as soft music is provided along with heart rate monitoring. Please note that their in-person office hours are before 4PM on weekdays.
