Despite promises, I was left completely on my own, after sharing my deepest traumas with someone I would never see again. That's not a mistake--that's cruelty. This program doesn't care about you. They care about billing LA Care and giving interns hours. If you are struggling, do not go here. You will be tossed around, ignored, and treated like a dollar sign. Frankly, I find it deeply concerning that this practice would: accept me as a patient, confirm we are in network, allow me to receive care and prescribe me medication over two years to then abruptly deny service over email two days before your appointment. This is an EGREGIOUS oversight that harmed no one but me, the patient seeking help.
