It's update TIME!! So the esthetician had the guts to personally message me at 2:30 AM bc she didn't like me review. Oh Gianna I'm apologize that you can't handle my real honest review. Imagine how I felt after leaving this business being lied too and have money stolen from me, and have poorly placed eye filler that cost more then you pay in rent, to be ignored and blocked my the injector JESS!! Then I find fraudulent charges on my military health insurance for visits I've never had! That's not taking advantage then I don't know how else to describe this place! I spent $1,500 for fillers. Susan said I would start seeing a difference in 2 weeks, it has now been 8 weeks and I see no difference, actually the only difference I see is my double chin which I never had. Could the filler have gone down instead of up?? I have called several times but the will not return my calls. Also, after checking other places I was way over-charged for the filler. Also, if you decide to use this place, take a picture of your face. Susan told me that she was taught how to manipulate the camera to get your worst picture, not sure why she shared that with me. I've given up on calling and I'm not making an appointment because they want our credit card number in case you cancel and they can charge you $50. I'm anticipating just to walk in. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON FILLER BEFORE COMING HERE! After years of excitement to get filler, mine turned out lumpy/bumpy and hard. Also the "duck lip" appearance on the upper lip when turned to the side. I feel unsure of the techniques they use and feel that I was overfilled in a short amount of time. I've attached the screenshots of me messaging them about lumps/bumps in my lips. Susan kept saying she could "fix it". Being new to fillers I trusted her but she just ended up placing filler over or next to the existing lumps to even my lips out. I have other friends who went here and had the same issues in the same spots which I don't find a coincidence. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever received services from and it's a shame that when I emailed them about this and a few other issues that it took THREE weeks for their management to reach out to me (I had to email multiple times to finally get a response). I was disappointed by how they handled my complaints about the services I received here. There are MUCH better places in Columbus so please take your time to look up what lip filler should look like before giving this place your money. Compare their photos to other and more known lip filler places and you'll be able to instantly tell the difference. Let my pictures speak for themselves. read more

I am only rating a two because the estheticians were great however I agree with Lexi M. DO YOU RESEARCH FIRST! I did not have a personal experience with bump or lumps however after spending $600.00 and waiting years to be able to do this my results were very disappointing. I did not expect huge lips at all however I literally could not tell I had filler! After a week went by I was able to see another esthetician to evaluate my lips but with no luck nothing was going to be done about it. I DID NOT want my money back, I just wanted credit for future services or more filler added to my lips. I was honestly quit sad when not even one person including myself could see what was suppose to be a $600.00 investment that did not pay off! Good Luck to you others :) read more

As a woman with three kids and some miles on the ol' tires, I've been searching for a great new place for facials and whatever else might come my way. From my first step in the door, I could see the Facebar was different than other spas. Why? Well, they have the usual sleek waiting area with plenty of tempting high end creams and goodies and their services menu is similar to others. But behind the front desk, where one usually finds a vaguely pleasant, bored-looking receptionist, the Facebar has Eli, who absolutely glows with friendliness. She doesn't just check you in with a tight smile; she makes eye contact, asks about your day and is infectiously upbeat. So, my whole adventure started on the best possible note. Then I met Gianna, who I am now tempted to adopt and take on shopping trips because she is so easygoing and kind. Other spa adventures I've had included weird new-age music and strange, stilted conversation. Having Gianna help me felt like being at a girl's night minus the wine but with EXCEPTIONAL looking skin as a take home prize. Gianna has a gift for putting her clients immediately at ease and just a few minutes into my first session, she felt like a friend. I think she genuinely enjoys helping people to feel and look their best and she's easily the most down-to-earth, easy-to-talk-to person I've ever had provide a salon or spa service. Okay, the services. First, I had the Hydrafacial which is AH-MAZE-ING. It felt wonderful throughout the whole process. Plus my skin was so clean and hydrated. It's a splurge but it was worth it. Today I had the Sleek and Smooth and I literally cannot stop touching my face which is baby smooth and looks better than I've maybe ever seen it. I am FAR from a girl with perfect skin but looking in the mirror after this facial, I felt totally okay heading out to shop with zero makeup on. So, yes, the facials were absolutely fantastic, and that's 100% what you're looking for if you book at a business called the Facebar, but the Facebar is going to give you more than a good facial. Gianna and Eli (and the others I've met in passing) are so friendly and easy to be around that you feel instantly relaxed and happier, and honestly that's just as wonderful as the way my skin looks and feels. read more
