I have had breathing and neurological problems that continue to get worse. Management and maintenance have been getting numerous requests to come check the AC and moisture problems and have made minimal efforts in finding the real problem even at my suggestions! It's like they would rather avoid just getting it done completely to just fix the problem. I found that the AC leaked all over the floor 2 months ago from not working correctly and mold has been on the wall in the laundry room! It has made my health problems unbearable and I am now misplaced out of my apartment for a week now. The mold remediation company RestorePro came out the other day and were made aware of the AC being an issue but they didn't even check the AC at ALL and I'm waiting again for them to come back out per the apartment complex!! I found that the apartments here have major mold problems and their mitigation to the problem is to just paint over it. ( per other tenants). DO NOT MOVE HERE !! So now I am going to be 30 minutes late to work because these people don't want to do their job the right way. On a different note. The maintenance team will not fix a thing. They always spin in it and say it's your fault. Last winter in one of the bedrooms a lot of mold was accumulating around the windows so we called them. They came to look at it and told us to "leave the blinds open." Seriously. That's how lazy these people are. You can stand in front of the window when it's closed and supposedly sealed and feel the cold air coming through. If I could give 0 stars I would.

And I am very nervous parking other places where I am unable to see my car! I have spoken to Amy about this TWICE!! And nothing has been done. Her "response" is always "you could park in front of the rent office". Why would I every want to do that??? Do I live in the leasing office???? NO!! So why would I do some BS like that??? And anyone is capable of walking on the property, and vandalizing my car!! How are y'all even a "gated community" and the gates are NEVER CLOSED!!! that is the most bs I've ever seen in my life!! You all want $1029 a month!! But can't satisfy your residence by even marking apartment numbers on parking spots!!

The literal worst part is the train but we got used to it with time and now facing Main Street I barely hear it! The amenities are the best and cable/internet and water are included in the rent. I lived by myself the first 2 years and before moving in searched around and with the included amenities I couldn't find a better deal ... much less feel safe living here. You do have to pay extra for parking but they offer various options. Pets are welcomed as well. The staff and leasing department are so nice as well and worked with me to upgrade to a bigger place. They also have various events- my all time favorite was when they had a wine tasting. They also had a murder mystery and a casino night before. Each summer there is an annual pool party with food and beverages! This is turning into a long post but I don't even need to mention the walking distances to restaurants and breweries! I'm likely not moving out until I buy a house!

My review is to prepare the next person who decides to move in and to the resident who plans to move out or break your lease. We had to break our lease for a relocation for a job opportunity and this apartment complex will MILK YOU past anything you have. I thank god we secured our new apartment first before we did this because we would be HOMELESS!!! First tip, anything they tell you please make sure it is in writing for your record. They will make breaking the lease seem simple and flat rate but no. You pay your rent on top of owing two months' rent for breaking the lease and pay fees for any apartment damage. You sit there until you understand everything and have it sent in an email. This is mainly for the ones who don't know, so please be prepared and ask questions. We ended up with a total bill over $6000 or even more to be exact. Imagine having to cough up 6000 before being able to move into a new apartment and paying what the new location needs. That is why I say," please secure your next location 1st before anything else". The main issue is the move out fees. You are charged FULL PRICE for the tiniest things so you must the apartment managers to work. You have them come in and check you apartment as much as possible until your bill is clear and PLEASE, ALWAYS TAKES VIDEIOS AND PICTURES OF HOW YOU LEFT YOUR APARTMENT. I paid a cleaning service to clean my oven and fridge and I was still charged full price. It doesn't matter what they see, they will simply just charge you for everything. Even some of the pictures they showed me I still don't understand why I was being charged. If you have a pet, even an ESA pet, and even if your apartment is clean and smells like roses, they are going to charge you for pet odor and carpet cleaning which can come up to $500. This apartment owed me an apartment cleaning but still charged me. They will push your needs to the back and forget about them if you are not persistent. My cabinet door was broke and they said they could not fix it just yet because of Covid restrictions. But they still charged me for the door that broke 3 times. So that told me, they never reviewed my profile or took anything into consideration with the charges. So trust me when I say, it's like Disney land to them with the charges, they turn into little fairies and charge you EVERYTHING AT FULL PRICE. Oh, and they charge you for every single hole in your wall. They will lie and say we don't charge for anything smaller than a nickel. That is not true, and if you think this is not important, well it was a $210 charge for us so it is a big deal. This means you have to close up all the holes in your wall yourself. The bill after kicking out over $4000 for the fees was a little over $1900. I felt like all the effort I put into the apartment cleaning, I should have just left it. I should have left all the trash and food in the fridge and not even cleaned a thing. What's the point if I was charged full price. That would have saved me so much energy and stress. I have lived in 6 apartments and I have never had a bill this high and felt that charges were unfair. And the $1900, they want that split into 3 and paid within 3 months. If I can help the next person, this is why I placed so much effort into explaining this. You need to know, you need to prepare and be smart. They are great people but the business is shady. Just remember, you are a sale to persuade and a cow to milk in the end.
