I saw the reviews here and called Jonathan. He called back quickly, came over the next day, and diagnosed the part that needed to be replaced (the fan). He was easygoing, polite, and personable, and didn't mind talking and showing me what he was doing. When the part came in, he came and replaced it quickly -- and as a bonus he removed a part that was causing ice to build up in the bottom of the freezer (which I was having to chip out with a screwdriver). The fridge has been working perfectly ever since The price for all this was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Snap Fix again.

Two weeks later, we had the new part and Jonathan's installation was so good that the dishwasher is now like new and even quieter than before. I had a ~10' conifer that I needed a price to transplant from the front to the back yard. Obv. having this done would only make sense if the cost to transplant was less than just buying a similar tree to plant in the back (then cutting down the one in front)[sorry, but as much as we like the current tree alive, it had to be an economic decision]. Short version of the story: I was quoted a very reasonable price to have the tree moved/transplanted, Mencos' crew (5 guys) was out the next day, and did a fantastic and quick job. Took them about 1.5 hours to dig out a big root cluster with dirt, strap the tree to a beam, and lug it to the back and re-plant it. Even shorter: I'd definitely hire them again for any tree work or landscaping, and plan on getting them back out to do a drip irrigation system for the front once we have it all planned and planted out.
