The Fat Cow shows an appealing set of meals online and even on their marketing promotions and it really captures people. Despite all its appetizing posts, the food lacks a voice that can speak for itself Parking around the area won't be a problem, although the area is shared with other establishments so that can also be a problem especially if there's so many people around the compound (plus the roads are still under construction) so it might cause a little traffic or lesser space to park. Going inside the seats are fine (I'm not a big fan of their couches - uncomfortable and not proper for dining because it's too low, which puts the table too high and makes eating awkward) They have a set menu and their specials on a board (which some might not be able to understand immediately because of the way it's written). But anyways, I ordered one of their special (which is also a dish I keep seeing online) - their BBQ Spare Ribs with truffle tuyo rice (which I believe costs 375 pesos or something around that price). Also, I got their crispy spicy salmon roll. It doesn't take long before they serve the food (which is great!). Reviews on the food: the rice was TOO salty. Almost difficult to swallow while eating such a flavorful viand. The ribs were more fat than meat. The crispy spicy salmon roll was good but they failed to serve soy sauce with it (I don't really know whether it should've been eaten that way). Reviews on the service: the service was okay. Sometimes they don't really know what to do and they have to be called by their chef to approach you but it was fine. Since they have an open kitchen near the area where you're eating, you leave smelling like oil AND THE SMELLS STICKS ON YOUR CLOTHING THE WHOLE DAY. It grossed me out and really hurt my head working the whole afternoon so I was forced to go back home and change. It could be a WAY better dining experience but right now I just don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

The soup was cold. The salad was delicious. The appetizer was good and hot. But the star of the show a ribeye steak ordered medium was well done on both ends and dry as a cracker. No marbling, no fat, no taste.The steak was also barely warm. I took the leftovers of the steak Home and fed them to my dog. For the cost of the meal, it was far from worth the expense. I left a review on the fat cow website and not even a response. Just like the cold meal I clearly called customer service. I won't be back and I'm sure you won't miss me because you don't care about your customers. read more

Food Presentation - big thumbs up! Portion size - thumbs up! Price - not bad. Taste - good but can be improved on. Calamari negra- tried once is enough. Aoili sauce was really good though. Burger - the meat is good but could be juicier. Theres some overly sweet sauce soaking the bun that covers the taste of the meat that didn't sit well with my tastebuds. The sides of fries n onions rings were the Bomb! Wish they'd serve ketchup with it though. This dish was a good choice. Spaghetti al aglio olio - its not bad. Taste could be better with less oil n a bit cheesier and served on a hot plate. The warm pasta went cool fast did not taste well once cold . Poached egg was cooked perfectly. But I'd try this dish without d egg next time. Ambience Overall, looks good but acoustics need major work. It is hard to make conversations with the music, noise from the kitchen, and diners talking. Bathroom was not too clean. Thumbs down! :-( Service - its not bad. Drinks and food were served quickly. Our water glass was topped without having to call the server's attention. Parking and location - no problem for us. Highlights - onion rings, french fries, and aoili sauce. I'd go back next time to try their other dishes on the menu. Food really does taste better when it looks good and The Fat Cow is an authority in that department. We preferred the flavor of the artistic dish over the same ingredients jumbled together or placed neatly but uncreatively on a plate. Let's admit taking pictures before eating is a trend. If you are looking for good presentation food, wide array of food selection (I mean new offerings every month), amazing servings, and excellent taste then visit this place. P.S. Place is nice and ask if they can offer sweets from Diary which is just beside the restaurant. read more

I was able to try their salads. I had a taste of the BLT Salad, Buffalo Mozarella and Soft Shell Crab Salad. They all had their distinct sauces, which I really appreciated. Really good. Was happy to have been able to try all of them. The produce used for the dishes are fresh. I don't like tomatoes, tbh but when I tasted them in the salads, it was actually very good. Two thumbs up on the handpicked ingredients! I have to give a shoutout to the Buffalo Mozarella. Generous helpings of the Mozarella in the salad, topped with Prosciutto. The textures and the flavors blend well, and overall is a nice experience. I was also able to sample other dishes like the Wagyu Cheeseburger and the Meatballs in Pomodoro. Really really great. Food: I really liked their Asian Glazed Pork Belly dish it's a combination of crunchy but juicy dish. Also, the Calamares Negra was a surprised, I really like it. Ambience: Overall it looks good but maybe they could improve on having some works on the table set-up because it's hard to make a conversations with all the noise around. I've always been particular with the taste of restaurant's pasta, because I love them. They exceeded my expectations with their Tomato and Cheese Penne. You would thought that it'll taste the same as everyone else--but it doesn't!! The taste is heavenly! Especially their Gambas & Risotto, I couldn't get over it! Comfortable yet elegant. The same could be said of their food. Prices are a bit up at the tippy top but I'll tell you good food doesn't come cheap and every dish served is money well spent. You've got to try their Lechon Kawali Crab Fat Pasta. Can't believe there was even any pasta in there as all I got was bliss and a whole lot of flavour. Watch your heart. read more

One of the things that really strikes a good restaurant is that the cleanliness of the Comfort Room. In The Fat Cow, the CR is good and clean. Of course, the food is fantastic, I tried the Buffalo Wings and it had the right blend for its sauce. I'd recommend this place for meetings, gatherings and even fellowships. read more
