In the Philippines, restrooms are not usually equipped with toilet paper and the flush lever doesn't usually work. The Swiss Deli's restroom (Women) is well looked after. Although I question: Why is the trash bin inside the restroom is labeled BIODEGRADABLE? When the Female customers have our personal hygiene products to dispose of during our menstrual cycle, where should these items be disposed of if not in the trash bin inside the restroom?!?!??!
