I called and Billy answered right away, told him the situation and where they were located. No hesitation at all when I told him the mile marker and what my location sharing app was telling me, which didn't look close to their shop or any town. Billy quickly said "sending someone now, we'll take care of them, tell them to hang tight and we're on our way, don't you worry, we'll take care of them, they will be alright." My mom and sister confirmed that to be absolutely true and how so very nice and helpful Billy is.
