We had Rob Meader finish our basement (over 1,000 sq ft) as soon as we moved into our newly built home in Plymouth. Construction was complete on our home in June 2018, and Rob started in July. Rob was attentive at every step of the process. He was helpful with the vision of the project and worked with us to ensure we stayed within our budget. Rob was also able to adapt to our changing needs. A few times, we made design changes, and he was flexible and able to implement the changes. Our job featured a number of custom designs that helped turn structural necessities into aesthetic design features including the use of barn doors and a beautiful custom semi-coffered ceiling. We love our basement and we use it all the time. Through the whole process Rob was communicative and would always come by to talk through any questions / concerns or adjustments we had throughout the process. When the work was very slightly delayed due to a sub contractor injury, Rob was forthcoming about the issue and was able to schedule another sub contractor that he works with within a few days. Rob and his team did a fantastic job over the winter updating our laundry room to a bathroom. We had a bathroom expanded to include a shower.
