I was a bit shocked at first however they are doing a lot more work than I even imagined. Example; my home is antique and well over 100 years old. Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

Needed to add a kitchen and two full baths, as well as closets, move beam and add a laundry area. It came out fantastic. This group--from Tracey Perry's help with design (amazing!) to Mike Heinrich's detailed budget which they stuck to and Bill Schmidt's communication on every detail, it was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). It was a DISASTER. Do not be fooled by the lower initial numbers--you will pay in the end and the quality of work will suffer. "Hostage", "FRAUDS"actually fits the bill! Raphael and Caesar are greedy thieves! They take on more work than what they can ever possibly deliver! Spending your exorbitant deposit then not being able to deliver their product! They have held up our project for an entire year and there has been nothing that we can do but wait for pieces to come in literally piece by piece! The craftsmanship is below sub par and is overpriced! We built a multimillion dollar home and they delivered us plywood hollow shelves throughput our home with a Formica finish when it was supposed to be solid white oak!! Yes! I am beside myself! They installed all of our laundry room shelving so that they are unusable and on top of this disaster they are one year, yes I said ONE YEAR behind the install date that they promised us. The job should have taken two weeks! This means no countertops nor any appliances could be installed! Not only this but the amount of unnecessary emails, meetings and phone calls was absurd and from all of those conversations there have been so many mistakes I cannot list all of them! Caesar, one of the owners, was so unprofessional ,including using profanities, when we tried to get to the bottom of what the hold up was, that his partner Raphael had to call to apologize to us profusely! This is an honest warning to run, don't walk, away from this company unless you want a complete nightmare experience. They also have several lawsuits filed against them because of the same experiences that we have had. RUN!!!!!

Heard Manny and Paul's radio spots on WATD. Ran into them at a home show in Hannover, along with…read moresome other contractors and remodelers. Invited them to give us a quote for our bathroom remodel, along with a couple others. One was just a salesman, and didn't know the ADA codes or Plumbing Codes. Another only wanted to do the shower and none of the other work. Manny and Paul know the codes. They inspected our bath and basement. They told us what exactly what would happen. No 'hidden' problems, no surprise 'extras'. Manny and Paul do the work. No subcontractors to deal with. (Their was an electrician, they scheduled him.) We are happy with their work and our new shower. If you have Ageing in Place concerns, or a handicapped loved one or concerns, these are the guys to talk to. They can walk you thru what needs to be done and all the options you have to update your bathroom. If you are on the South Shore or South Coast you owe it to yourself to, at least, talk to Manny and Paul before you start your bathroom project.

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.
