For a new $2000 sofa, that was not used, I was offered $75. Never again. Seems like while they depend on folks supplying products for them, they are not willing to work with repeat customers. And at times, they are rude or dismissive.

Although my floor is only 8 years old, the tiles were uneven and loose throughout; the grout was not a uniform color, and the grout was severely cracked and in some places chunks of grout loosened and popped out. The installers failed to seal the grout or even clean the grout film off of the tiles. The floor began deteriorating after approximately five years. What kind of company installs a tile floor that has inconsistently colored grout and uneven tiles that were not properly adhered to the subfloor. As a result of the sloppy installation, the grout developed long cracks and holes throughout. One would expect a tile installation to hold up for more than five years. The original floor installers did a poor job at every level. I had to spend a great deal of money to hire a company to fix my floor, which Roach & Ziegler refused to do. I approached Roach & Ziegler several times asking for someone to look at the floor, but I could not even get anyone to return a phone call. The employees from the renovation company said the my floor was the worst installation that they had ever seen. If you want to risk having "the worst installation" possible, go ahead and call Roach & Ziegler.

Reassured by the sales staff that we would be able to exchange the mattress via the comfort warranty, if we also purchased a mattress cover and a pillow. So, we spent a couple hundred dollars extra on a mattress cover and a pillow. However. The details of the comfort warranty were not thoroughly explained, and we needed up loosing hundreds of dollars in a mattress exchange. Due to the details of the MANUFACTURER comfort warranty, the nearly $400 we had in the more expensive mattress did not get refunded to us, nor was it applied to store credit. That money is now tied up in a quality warranty of our cheaper mattress. Basically we paid $400 more for a mattress. Tom was very patient, and nice, and made himself available through the process. I had hoped for a more open and honest approach at the time of the sale. Ask lots of questions. - - - Weeks later, after the original review, I was mailed a gift certificate for the cost of the mattress cover and the pillow we bought (which we had to purchase to qualify for the comfort warranty). It was a thoughtful gesture, and is appreciated. Each time I have had a problem at a Levin store they do what they can to make it right.

The size we requested was perfect. The stain finish was amazing and the quality of the wood, hardware and finishing was everything RC promised it would be. The 2 delivery men were great and they showed our daughter how to operate the table which is so easy one person can open the table and add the extension with ease. Here are the photos from today.
