I came into this store specifically because it advertises that it buys diamond rings. I waited inside for over five minutes while four employees were present, and not a single person acknowledged me -- no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. The experience felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and honestly came across as discriminatory. Regardless of whether someone is buying or selling, every customer deserves basic courtesy and acknowledgment. I ended up leaving without service. I would not recommend this store if you expect professionalism or respect. read more

The first place is absolutely WONDERFUL! The owner is an absolutely wonderful and friendly lady, same with all of the other workers there! You will feel absolutely welcomed there! Really amazing place with an owner who is a throwback to what great customer service used to be. There are snacks laid out, they offer you a Coke or a water, and they wait on you hand and foot. Don't expect the soft sell, though--the owner Helen is a business woman who will steer you to what she thinks is best for you. Chances are, she is going to be right! Wonderful selection of high end home décor but the real gem is the jewelry--David Yurman and other high end designers along with a secret stash of diamonds and amazing jewels rivaling anything in the Midwest. Helen has a nasty mouth on her with the worst customer service I have ever received. And her daughter does not fall far from the tree. I took the ring in for repair of a missing stone and to be dipped after 10 days of owning it. Then when I got it back it was missing a different stone! Then had the nerve to call me a complainer. I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more

Unfortunately my fiance got my diamond ring from here. The place is nice, I would love the ring so much more if I didn't know where he got it from. The owner was rude, poor customer service, she thinks she is always right but I'm sorry, it's my ring. The price is ridiculous, seriously? I could get the same or better ring else where for less than half the price there. They even charge $80 for place in the diamond, that must be a joke, extremely poor customer service, it never happened to me anywhere else. They mounted the diamond in poorly, I had to take it back. I also agree with @Ha D. review. I never want to deal business with them. read more
