My only complaint is that the change rooms are relatively small but that being said, the gym is rarely busy so it being crowds in there isn't a common occurrence. Definitely recommend this gym 100% over any GoodLife, Anytime fitness, Movati, etc. Check this place out for sure.

I first began spinning with TJ Fit when owner, Tracy Beardsley, was operating her studio on McLaren St. downtown. In 2005 she re-located to Barrhaven with most of her loyal clientele happy to drive a bit further to experience one of her classes and the passion that she brings to spinning. Many other studios will offer you a cookie-cutter approach to their classes. My knees certainly appreciate that Tracy checks and helps adjust our bikes and body position before getting started. In a recent class, she shared a wealth of information with us in one hour - proper hand and body positioning on the bike, proper spine alignment, coaching on heart-rate zones and cadence - all while injecting her trademark humour and supportive comments to each member of the class. Tracy brings a ton of personality and positive energy to each class, which is certainly something I appreciate when my heartrate is hittin' the high notes and my legs feel like lumber. Not only that, she's a fully certified personal trainer so really knows her stuff around all aspects of fitness. TJ Fit is at the head of the peloton when it comes to spinning classes in this town. I trained with Burke a few times per week. Once I started improving we reduced that to twice. It's been 2 years and I'm still feeling healthier than I can remember!
