This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

From the moment I submitted my complaints, the team took my concerns seriously and followed through on every single thing they said they would do. Both issues were fully resolved and all parties are now in compliance. It's rare to deal with a management team that actually does what they say. Delisha in particular was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure the residents were comfortable and the community was being properly maintained. If you're looking for a place where management is actually on top of things, Morrowood delivers. I feel good knowing the team here has the residents' best interests in mind. Highly recommend!

I'm a first-time renter and she answered and responded to each email and phone call. She walked me through each individual step with a smile. Not once did she become frustrated with me for not understanding. Diamond took the time out of her day to complete a viewing, walk the grounds, show me where I can locate everything in the complex, and more. My family and I are new to this state, and for her to show such professionalism, understanding, and assistance that she provided was far from what I imagined my experience would be! There are just too many issues, and I'm not even talking about the front office staff. They've been great. My issue is with maintenance and things only being half done. The gates are constantly a problem. I don't want to come home after a long day at work and sitting in traffic, only to not be able to get into my own complex. The back entrance gate has been broken for quite some time, forcing residents entering and exiting to go head-on with each other. The front gate has recently stopped loading on the app almost every time I use it. And don't get me started on valet trash. We're required to pay for it every month whether they do their job or not. They drag trash, leave messes on the stairs, breezeways, and sometimes even in the middle of the parking lot. They knock over trash cans, and the open-top container is just an eyesore. I don't even use the gym anymore because the trash was overflowing and several machines were broken the last time I went, so I can't speak on its current condition. And yes, before anyone asks every single issue has been emailed, texted, submitted through work orders, and discussed with the front office staff. They acknowledge the problems, but nothing ever seems to change. 06/23/2026

Ms. Lashon is the sweetest and would literally give you the shirt off of her back. She goes above and beyond to help her residents as much as possible. I haven't had any roach problems or anything drastic happen since I've been living here. Its a wonderful place to stay, very peaceful and NO CRIME WHATSOEVER. More than 1 police officer lives out here so i feel very safe in this community. Don't hesitate to make this your next home I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I will be renewing my lease next year if it's the Lord's will. I don't plan to move any time soon!

The property is brand new and all the amenities are top tier. The staff is great from the property manager Tangela is so personable as well as the assistant property manager Taylor they make you feel like you are the most important resident. I went to the office to express the numerous amount of maintenance request that has all been ignored just to be belittled in the office about my concerns. I've never in my life experience a property manager and employees and leasing office treat me the way they have done now that I have become, an agitated resident they are even more disrespectful and noncompliant I do not understand how this apartment is able to charge almost $1300 for a one bedroom one bath with no washer and dryer hook up and consistently go up every month first time moving to Atlanta and this was the apartment that I chose as my first start I've never been anywhere as this tasteful, rude and dirty then this place and I came from Memphis. I do not recommend this place at all. I would rather have waited and stayed in Memphis then to pay for a place that is not worse. The roaches that come with. The maintenance men are absolutely creepy so even when they do come to fix minor issues, you have to be weary of being creeped out in your own home and the amenities such as the pool has been cleaning for almost 3 months and the day that they said they would open it. It is now being pushed back for another few weeks, I doubt the pool will even be ready by the time my lease is up and by the time I sink actually gets fixed. I have two more months left in these apartment and my sink has been broken past five months of it. Please do not come here.
