Summer was now over! - Took several calls to get any response for more urgent matters. water leaks, AC. - Then, if that's not enough, when the Service guy did show up, he acted like it was inconvenient. imagine our inconvenience. - Broken step leading to backyard. Again, took several calls and a month's time before anyone came out. When we moved in. Fortunately we took pictures. And, I strongly recommend taking pictures. - In the two years we were there, we were not able to use the dishwasher due to rusty racks. - We were told the propery owner was planning on putting in a sprinkler system for the back yard. Yard was completely weeded. Once we signed, there was never another mention of the sprinkler system. Flat out lie! - Trash in the backyard. Then, they had the audacity to say we left it behind. Fortunately for us we took pictures when we moved in. - Front yard. I have oversized wheels on my lawn mower, the grass was so overgrown it was over my wheels. Also, bushes were so overgrown they were sagging. Bottom line, there are several other property management companies to work with in Colorado Springs, please consider an alternative. Don't make the same mistake we made!

She advised us well about areas, about financing and even recommended good services to use. The house was shown to us a couple of days before it hit the market and she advised us that there would be multiple offers after the weekend open house (there were) and we managed to secure it (while also having a backup, just in case). They lure you in with low rent because they plan on keeping your deposit from the beginning. Just completed our worse home buying experience out of 5 and that's all thanks to Nicole the…read moreseller's agent. Multiple delays, knowledge of issues that she was aware of that were not included in disclosure, she refused to open and look at documents so she could protect herself (pretty shady), and multiple delays and issues on her side. I've sold 4 houses and have never created such an issue around taking care of any issues that came up in the inspection, because I wanted the new owner to have something they could call a home without any issues. We agreed to health and safety issues only and asked that they remediate some of the issues, not all. We finally agreed that they would replace a window that she originally refused to do, because it was obvious to people walking through, yet not on the seller disclosure. Last minute, we are informed that they would not be able to replace the window before closing, so I proposed that we push back the closing, but that would be too easy, we were told that we would lose our earnest money if we didn't agree to work with her glass company after closing. She of course had a shifty glass company that threatened us, insinuated that we were liars (that Nicole jumped in and encouraged) then stole from us. If you are looking to buy a house and Nicole is the seller's agent, walk away. She will likely respond to this with lame excuses and justifications, but I can easily refute all her lies with screenshots and documentation from her Title company and her Glass company, Lightning Glassworks.
