We ordered LVP flooring from Aladdin's not long after installation by a contractor, which we hired…read morethe flooring began to develop cracks and peeling at one area in our kitchen table area. We use kitchen chairs that have casters I called Aladdins and a female representative responded to our home looked at the damage took photos and she said she would look into the damage and get back to us. She never did. I called again and was told nothing could be done due to warranty which states the flooring is not warranted if casters on chairs are used. We had a contractor repair the damaged area, we still use the same chairs as before and no more damage has happened. Prior to noticing the damage I noted that the area damaged looked at though the flooring was rising at the joints and then began peeling at the joints. We wish we had not done any business with Aladdin's because of no response to our complaint.

Every time they said they would be here it was joke because they would say that to shut you up. I talked to steve and he used the phrase I hate with a passion !!!! Don't worry. That is a lie in itself. A 3 to 5 day work project is still not complete. Anybody that wants to know about ask me I will show you pictures. Don't pay all up front or the project won't be finished.

He put down a scotch guard as well to prevent future stains. He was professional, efficient and very friendly. Great experience, I recommend him and this company.
