Passing through Arcadia on a weekday, I stopped in for a coffee and a little time on the laptop. This became my first office of the day, and it worked beautifully. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is clean, comfortable, and quiet enough to settle in for a few emails before getting back on the road.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It has that small town ease to it, the kind of place where you can exhale a bit before the next stretch of travel. There was no cortado on the menu, but the latte that the young lady made for me was exactly what I needed. Hot, fresh, and prepared with care. It had that balance of strength and smoothness that was excellent. We stopped in Arcadia to check out some of the downtown antique shops and went here based on reviews. It's right downtown and did not disappoint! We were greeted promptly--my go-to is usually cold brew but I didn't see that on the menu so I ordered the Almond Joy latte (iced). It had tasty cold foam and the espresso is smooth and the flavor was delightful. It's on the sweeter side so I would recommend decreasing the flavor if you want something less sweet. My dad got a black coffee which he enjoyed and my mom got the vanilla latte (hot) which she said was good. It's incredibly difficult to sum up the vibe and joys of this place. I'm not a coffee person but tea? Heck yeah! This place has not just created a mental health benefit (the calming peace of a drink made just for you and so perfectly) but it has curated it to the point of perfection. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Florida Farmhouse is an adorable coffee shop located in historic Arcadia.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The streets are lined with antique shops and boutiques with the coffee shop serving as great pit stop for a yummy drink, snack or for a cute gift for someone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have all the standard coffee shop offerings but where they really shined for me was with their specials! They had a mix of coffee and non-coffee beverages (teas, lemonades and refreshers). We got the toasted marshmallow mocha latte and the Cookie butter lover latte. They both came topped with a toasted marshmallow and a biscoff cookie respectively which was really cute and a nice touch! The prices felt pretty similar to larger coffee chains with the quality being much better. The coffees were great and not as sweet as one would expect which I really liked as it really let the coffee flavor shine. If you prefer a more sweeter drink I would reccomend asking for extra syrup. The staff was really friendly and offered reccomendations when I let them know it was my first time there. They have a medium sized collection of merchandise from local artists/crafters for purchase as well, along with plants! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is so peaceful with flexible seating, free wifi and even games to play.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Street parking is available but may be hard to come by on the weekends. There is a parking lot at the start of the district though which provides a nice excuse to take a short walk and take in the sights and fun hidden murals. Tasty little coffee shop! Ordered an iced coffee with cream and snickerdoodle syrup, was perfect for walking around with during the antique market. They had a lot of creative syrup flavors I haven't seen before, plus plenty of other customizations like cold foam and oat milk. Next time we're in town, I want to try their affogato! We were helped by two very sweet and friendly women behind the counter. The inside was very clean with seating offered indoors and out front (it's located in a beautiful arcade worth looking around in!). Will definetly go back! read more

Cookie butter specialty latte! I ordered it half sweet like I order my drinks most places. They have oatmilk & almond milk for an alternative to regular. The shop is decorated so cute. I love all of the plants. You can purchase the houseplants in all sizes. They also sell some smaller handcrafted goods near the register. My 2y/o had one of the cookies and really enjoyed it.
