I asked why they didn't let me know so we could have made a substitution, or at least let me know that they couldn't fulfill order, woman on phone didn't have answer. She didn't offer to make it right just said they'd refund my money in 2-4 business days. They were the best florist in town for so many years, since the 1950s. Now under new ownership. Maybe phone orders and in person orders are ok.

The owner mentioned they focus on bringing plants in that will thrive in west Texas! The container garden plants I bought back in June thrived all through this brutal summer & bloomed & are still alive & well now in December. Definitely worth stopping by for your bedding plants or container gardens or even fruit trees! The staff and owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
