I absolutely 110% love Flower Bazaar's work. Today I had a situation that a client had a different vision for their arrangement than the one that was provided (and I had clearly stated specifics). I spoke with Randy who was so incredibly condescending it was beyond frustrating to speak with him. I then asked for the owner of the company which Randy told me could not come to the phone. Luckily Thierry (owner) did end up answering and without hesitation did EXACTLY what my client wanted without hesitation. If it wasn't for Thierry saving the day... I honestly would never use Flower Bazaar again. Please beware of Randy (store manager/overly condescending individual) and do not allow him to make you believe you're an idiot solely because you have a different vision... Because in the end of the day, everyone's vision is different and telling someone flat out "NO we won't change anything... Accept it how it is or accept a refund (when my client needed the flowers within an hour)!" is not a hospitable approach toward business. I work in the hospitality industry and understand how certain people can be very nasty and frustrating... But I treated him with the utmost respect and it just was not reciprocated in the least. Do not allow him to tell you that you're "interrupting" him when in all actuality he just doesn't even allow you to voice your concern. I even nicely said I'm so let down that I may never use them again due to his treatment and he said "that's fine." After 11 years of ordering exclusively from them and loving their work... Great response Randy, bravo/kudos to you sir. -- all I needed was a longer vase Randy, learn to lighten up a little. You need a hug... Maybe it's just been a rough day for you. Who knows. I used this place because of the yelp reviews but you can't believe everything you read. I'm ordering from Socal so I requested an email receipt and a picture of the bouquet. I had to request the receipt 3 times and was told they were too busy to take a picture. I was overcharged and was given a hard time by Teresa about getting the credit. Simply stated the most stunning, beautiful arrangements in South Florida. a touch of chic with the most fresh flowers money can buy. They last up to 4 weeks (at least some flowers in the arrangement). The staff is excellent. Very friendly and great customer service. I called with a vague idea of what I wanted to have created and delivered. Fortunately, the employee at TFB was able to steer me in the right direction, making the process both easy and fast. What was delivered was far more beautiful than he made it sound over the phone, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see the flowers in person. I found this company using Yelp. They were not my first choice because the prices appeared to be a little higher, but the other place I chose I called, and called, and called, and called. They never answered the phone and didn't have a place to leave a voicemail. So I called these guys. I dont remember who called me back from the Bazaar but he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We spoke for a while discussing what I would like he gave me several options. First of all they have a great functioning website with realistic and good quality pictures (which seems to be a lot to ask of a florist), besides that they were quick to answer all my questions and accommodated my several requests to change the delivery time. Terrible experience!!! I ordered a floral arrangement for my aunts birthday. I asked for them to be delivered to 1 Hotel on July 1. The gentleman that took my order assured me everything would be taken care of. On July 1 I called the hotel around 1pm to see if the flowers had been delivered and placed in her room. They notified me that they never received flowers for my aunt. I called Flower Bazaar to see if there were an issues. The gentleman that answered told me they were delivered in the morning. I explained that the hotel stated the haven't received anything. He then stated "I don't know what to tell you. You need to call the hotel and ask for concierge". Excuse me?? Why do I have to go back and forth when I prepaid you all for a product and service? So i had to go back and forth between hotel and this company. My aunt never received her flowers and needless to say I was pissed. I called again July 3 to try rectify the situation. The gentleman I spoke with was nice. He called me back after speaking to hotel. The hotel verified my aunt never received them. He said he was going to do more research and get back to me. I have called and have been told someone would get back and I have not received any follow up. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and disappointing. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I don't write many reviews. When a business you have never met makes you feel so comfortable with taking a risk on style and value, sometimes you have to trust your gut. Working with Leo, I ordered 3 different arrangements. 2 were from their Collection, and one I found on their Facebook page. I wanted over the top, but with style. Boy did I get it! The dozens of roses were drop dead gorgeous and lasted forever. The Orchid arrangement (Alcina) was even better than the pictures. But the super tall vase with pink feathers perfectly matched the spirit of the event my GF was attending. As a dude, it is always hard to go big and share your vision. To do it from NY? Even tougher. Leo and The Flower Bazaar crushed it. The reviews from the event were outstanding and my GF even gave roses away to friends...a week later! Do yourself a favor, if you are as finicky as I am when it comes to flowers, call them. You won't be disappointed. I just ordered another arrangement (the Arabella) today! read more
