if I can give 10 stars, I would! I am overseas and I placed an order through their website. It was after I placed the order that I realized that the address I put on the order was wrong. I messaged them on their Instagram account and I got a reply almost right away, but even before their business hours!!! They are so accommodating, very very patient with my questions, and they accepted the new address without any fuss! It was all my fault and I was ready to pay more for the change but they were so so nice to not charge me and I am so grateful for that! The flowers I ordered were for my best friend whose husband passed away. I couldn't come visit and this company helped me in their own way to give comfort to my friend. read more

My go-to flower shop. Tiny, located at the Shell gas station. Parking can be hard but otherwise always has the freshest flowers and beautifully arrangements. The woman who works there is amazing. I received a flower delivery from this business on 10/5/23. My friends send me flowers to thank me for something I did for them. I was at work when the flowers arrived so I asked them to come deliver when I was home but they refused. They left the flowers outside and it was 100 degrees. When I arrived home, the flower arrangement was wilted and not fresh. The flowers fully died after 2 days. I contacted the shop and they didn't return my call. I called again and finally the lady who answered was rude and said I should just contact 1-800-Flowers because the order was placed with them. I asked her if she made the arrangement and she said yes. So I said them you are responsible to replace it and she hung up on me. I've never seen such horrible customer service before. I'm writing this review to share with others that they use flowers that are not fresh and don't care about their customers. read more

I work nearby and I get off not until almost 9pm. I was planning to buy a lei and a bouquet for my daughter's graduation the next day but I was afraid it will all be gone by the time I get off work. Called this flower shop and inquired. A lady answered and gave me all the information I needed. When I got there during my break, she was very accomodating! The leis were very nice and the she had a good selection of bouquets to choose from. Since I will be going back to work after buying from her, she asked me if I have a vase at work so the flowers won't wilt. I said no. She lent me her vase and said to return it to her whenever I can since I only work nearby. I have never encountered somebody who lends their things to somebody they don't know. I found this business on my way to Olive View Hospital. The woman working was very friendly, and helpful. She greeted me kindly and asked if I needed any help. Their arrangements are so pretty and creative! I ended up getting a small arrangement and the prices were affordable , and they were very generous in the flowers that were in the arrangements. DO NOT GET FLOWERS DELIVERED FROM THIS FLORIST SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT A DAMAGED ARRANGEMENT AND HALF DEFLATED BALLOONS. My fiancé got flowers delivered to my work for my birthday along with a balloon and it was definitely disappointing to see that the delivery had clearly been damaged and the balloon had been sitting around for weeks. I called the shop later that day to explain to them what happened and they asked me to send pictures to verify and that they would see if they could do anything about it. They then called me back before I could even send the pictures and asked if I got lilies in my arrangement. When I replied "yes" they proceeded to tell me that they were having problems with their petals when they got them from the flower market and thats just how they have been. I explained that it was the leaves as well and that it was clearly damaged and that the balloon was also already barely inflated. They told me that they couldn't send me another arrangement and the best they could do was Venmo me $15. I was really surprised that they couldn't stand by their product and could only offer me $15 through Venmo when it was clearly poor execution on their part. They should have made it right by sending me another bouquet and balloon instead of trying to make up excuses. Long story short I would never have my fiancé use this florist again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you want anything to get delivered. My fiancé felt bad that the delivery was so subpar and I felt bad that he spent money on something that should have been way nicer. read more

I received a bouquet for Valentine's Day from my boyfriend. It was beautiful! The arrangement included two white roses, a fully open and closed lily bud with red carnations and baby's breath throughout. Along with the bouquet came a hand-written note that turned out to be written by the flower staff (the reason for that is my boyfriend resides in AZ and I in LA). A friend recommended this local flower shop to me after I was looking for a new place to buy flowers from. I called looking to order two bouquets, I don't have much time so u usually order thru the phone. I was ordering one for my mom and another for my girlfriend. I gave them ideas, colors and flowers I liked and pretty much gave them creative control. The girl I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and nice.
