I was disappointed to learn by an email at 2:30 pm today that the Floral Spray I ordered had been cancelled. The memorial service was this morning at 11am. I live out of state and sent these flowers in full confidence that they would be delivered. Their website states that next day delivery is available if orders are made by noon of the previous day. My order was placed at 6:37am on Sunday (they are open on Sundays according to their website). I wish they would've called to let me know OR emailed me to let me know it wouldn't be possible. Ordered flower during the most tragic of times for our family. My mother's funeral. They'd only take orders online, couldn't get through to them, paid online, got confirmation #s and NO SHOW! Can't even rate their service because WE GOT NO SERVICE. I love buying flowers here! Always fresh and beautifully arranged. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are located right in the entrance of the cemetery so I'm assuming 98% of people buying flowers though out the day are taking them inside the cemetery, the staff always asks if you'd like them cut down for the ground and they cut it right on point so they looks great! There is always some street vendors selling right across the street and that must be frustrating for their business but the staff is always so friendly and nice. I ordered special blue roses for my brothers heavenly birthday and the guy I'm assuming to be owner personally made me my arrangement and I loved it. He noticed me wearing a lakers hoodie and I asked for blue roses and sun flowers per my sons request.. he added some purple flowers and baby breath and it was gorgeous! I have been going to this shop since my grandmother passed in 1988. Since then my grandfather and my sister has passed. In 2011, I lost my son and my husband and I buried him in the newborn section. There's no pain like burying your own child. But we do the little things that help us cope with that loss. Including buying "love" bouquets every Sunday made by Candace. She is a sweetheart and her love put into making the flowers for my son makes the visit all more special.
