I want to start off by saying this was a gift for my fathers birthday and never once did this company take that into consideration and showed no effort in trying to resolve my issue. And I am a REPEAT customer- needless to say not anymore! So I ordered a fruit basket from this company and they did not send the correct basket. I spoke with a very unprofessional person that told me they were the "manager". I was appalled by her behavior she laughed at me on the phone, belittled my concern and outright called me a liar, which is bizarre as I have an emailed receipt from them confirming what I ordered. Finally came to a resolution, which I still found unacceptable but was tired of talking to an imbecile, just to have the "owner" call me back 20 minutes later going back on what was agreed upon and also stating I had upset her staff?? Her "manager" was rude, unprofessional, childish and argumentative-apparently qualities they see fit for a managerial position. And the sad part my dad is stuck with a basket on his birthday he cannot enjoy because it is all sugar and he is a diabetic, which is why I ordered fruit, but like I said you can't talk to stupid. So basically all is well when they have your money, any issues after purchase-forget about it! You'll be dealing with catty women, who cannot take ownership for their mistakes. read more
