I would not recommend this company for any floral needs. Flowers were ordered for my sisters furneral and they were nothing like the picture promised. They arrived as we started receiving. I called immediately to the shop with no return call. I was embarrassed to have such a mess at my sister's funeral this should not be. Two different arrangements were ordered from this company with both looking unprofessional and not as pictured. I understand flower substitutions but these didn't even have as many flowers as shown in the pictures. People coming through the receiving lines couldn't believe how bad the flower arrangements looked. This was an embarrassment to my family(shame on you especially during this time of a family's greif). Do yourself a favor and don't order from them you will be disappointed. read more

I ordered the family funeral spray for my sister's service (10/7) through the funeral home site- the arrangement was not anywhere close to what the picture or the written description- very disappointed and so was my family- I realize they state flower substitutions could be necessary but 18 carnations and a few yellow lilies- so sparce- not even close to being worth $148.00. Also the arrangement arrived just as the service was to begin so it couldn't be viewed in advance to reach out to the florist. I did send an unanswered email and also informed the funeral home- they are going to take them off their recommended florist list - I'm so upset with this florist. Also my aunt and uncle from Virginia ordered through the site and their arrangement was also poor quality definitely not worth what they paid for it. It's hard enough to loose a loved one to have to deal with this heart breaking disappointment as well. read more

I have had great experiences with this Hickory florist over the years. These local ladies went out of their way to fulfill a special floral request for me. Mary runs this decades-old business serving surrounding communities and will deliver to other surrounding communities from Vail, NC, and Denver, NC, (yes, NC!) in the Piedmont, all the way to Wilkesboro, NC, and Blowing Rock, NC, in the mountains. They will do their best to call as early as possible in the business day to communicate if a change is necessary (I would rather know about an issue sooner rather than later!); they also do their best to keep their delivery charges to other communities competitive, with more rural communities slightly higher $. They were apparently out of range for the address I wanted flowers delivered to and tried to email me, but accidentally emailed the wrong email address. I called and spoke to the owner who ended up refunding my order and sending the flowers free of charge due to the error. She went out of her way to contact the recipient and personally apologize for the issue. Beautiful bouquet! read more

I live in TX and ordered flowers through Kim's online for funeral services of a friend's father in SC. I was charged even though the flowers were not delivered. When I call I can't reach anyone. I have left a message and emailed and no one has been in touch with me. Very disappointed and embarrassed. read more

This florist shop misrepresented their products and services when I ordered a floral bouquet for my mother-in-law's birthday. It wasn't such a big deal when I was informed that they didn't have Gerbera's and they would be substituted with something else. But they seem to be unaware that there is a 3 hour time difference between North Carolina and California; otherwise, they wouldn't have called me at the crack of dawn to share this information. To add insult to injury, I was told that I would be charged an additional $5.00 delivery charge (on top of the $7.50 already charged) - to deliver the bouquet in the same town! When I called them back to discuss the the situation, I was told that I couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped to Vail. Huh? When did Colorado enter the picture? Needless to say, I cancelled the order; contaced another florist in Hickory; and ordered a premium bouquet for $13.00 less. Complete thumbs down for this business! read more
