I had an appointment last Monday for initial consultation for my wedding flowers and they called a few hours before my appointment to cancelled due to their error and over booking that appointment slot. They told me they choose to honor someone else's appointment and cancel mine. When I asked about rescheduling I was informed to go online and make another appointment (I had to schedule this first one over 5 weeks in advance due to needing an evening or weekend time). When I went online they were booked out a month. I called and asked if more would open for the displace individuals that were cancelled on and was told the manager would call me as soon as they were off the phone - no call; I sent a message on the knot and was informed the manager would call me that day-no call again; then the marketing person messaged me on the knot that the manager would call me by noon on Friday (it was Wednesday morning )- didn't get a call by noon Friday (shocking!) ... and when the manager did call me later Friday they left a gmail vm to go online and reschedule. If this is how they treat customers before they are even locked into a contract I would hate to use them for a day as special as my wedding !!! I left a rating on the knot where I found them but it was not posted due to the knots policy of not posting reviews without proof that you had a contract-- thank God I didn't have a contract. read more

Under their expert guidance, my floral arrangements and bouquet turned out better than I could have ever dreamed of! They were patient with teaching us all the techniques we needed to make our flowers beautiful and never tried to talk us into expensive flowers that we didn't want. Honestly, there are no words for our experience with The Flowerman. The cost alone makes this place worth while. They saved me so much money and got me more flowers than I ever thought possible with my budget. They helped me narrow down my focus, and took all of my centerpiece dreams and made them a reality. The construction of the flowers may stick out as top 3 memories of our wedding weekend. We had an absolute blast putting them together and learned so much about flowers and floral design.
