The quality control here SUCKS. 1 out of every 10 8ths you get is even remotely decent. I've wasted so much money here on flower that I don't even wanna smoke. They don't focus on QC so you are constantly looking for something better than whatever bs you get stuck with.. the flower looks pretty and smells decent but nine times outta 10 the effects/flavor don't back it up at all. Delivery for this company is complete trash. They have people coming from deep down in cutler bay delivering to people in plantation meanwhile the Hollywood store is literally 15 min away. Once you do meet the deliver guy you cannot tell them to add you're reward points or you don't want a certain item you have to buy it all which is ridiculous. Had a scenario where I orders delivery for 315$ guy comes here I told him I was trying to add my points but it never went on for some reason he says oh well I can't do anything about that so I tell him well I only have 300$ can you remove something he said no I can't it has to be all of it that you requested for. Huge inconvenience! Explained can he wait 5min so I can't run to the Publix that's in our building and he said no! What a complete waist of time and effort.. DO NOT DO DELIVERY with these people I'll suggest going to the location. Product is very great but service and execution is piss poor! The product is incredible!!! With the exception of the day the store launched, I have never wait more than ten minutes for my product. I usually place my order online before hand but the times i didn't do that I was able to order from a tablet in store and a bud tender answered all of my questions. They have some awesome deals occasionally BOGO product and update the deals for the store on Thursdays and Mondays from what I can tell. They have a myriad of brands to choose from I've personally never had anything I didn't like from preferred gardens(PG) the laser gun is my favorite from them. I was able to score a half of ojos rojos by Josh D yesterday for 100. The Flowery brand 40 OG is gas, they have become my go to dispensary since opening the Hollywood location. read more

Long wait. Staff has zero patience, Dan had me waiting for 10 minutes. I had a question about the specials, a first timer discount and the 0.5g pre-rolls and he literally let me ask 3 questions then asked me if I needed more time as he anxiously waited to step away. There are 5 people on the floor and 3 of them are sort of doing nothing. Honestly, immediately not impressed. Bad attitude from Dan. Not a welcoming or warm energy overpriced. Cheapest eight is $35. I haven't paid more than $20 for an eight anywhere period. They say the quality is different... I call bullshit. Took 20 minutes to get out of there with 1 eight. Head to Curaleaf, no wait, staff takes your order and then gets your stuff right away. Prices are way better. Quality is great and service is stellar. I went here with high expectations from friends about the quality of the products here. However I was really disappointed with the experience overall. The young lady that helped me was really disengaged and could not careless that I was a patient looking for advice on quality product suggestions. She had little knowledge of the products and whenever I asked for suggestions and recommendations her answers were abysmal at best. Every question I asked she shrugged off that she didn't know or well here are your choices, pick from these or when I asked her recommendation she said well its what you like. not helpful at all. All the other dispensaries I've been to were helpful and friendly and always suggested popular products/brands of quality which is what I was looking for.
